You can make your profiles now (though the guild is not yet ready for rping,) but take note to a few things.
First of all, we need Kages for the 5 villages, not all of them yet, but Suna (Gaara) and Konoha (Tsunade) need their kage spots taken.
Second, ask around the guild if you want to make a character from a usually barren village, such as Iwa or Kumo. See who else is willing to make a character there so you can rp with.
And third, if you ask for a character from the series, try and stay in character. Sure they may change in a few months, personality wise, but don't make them OOC (out of character.) An example would be Neji being girly and gossipy, or Hinata being a outgoing b***h, or Naruto being a total idiot without a brain. Remember, he's smarter in Shippuuden...though still sometimes a perverted idiot.
