Hey guys.
For some reason, I can't type in japanese characters in my windows vista anymore.
Whenever I type in hiragana, it comes out different than it should. For example:
ka - would come out like: のち ohayo - らくちんら
How can I fix this?
(By the way, I'm using the microsoft IME language bar)

Hi CD,
That has got to be annoying. Umm, I use the IME on XP so I don't know if it would act differently on Vista. Have you checked to see if the keyboard setting in IME got switched? I know you can have it set for Natural Input or Standard. Mine is set on Standard so I have to type "k and a" to get か。 I think yours is set to natural because in you typing "ka" you got two hiragana instead of the combined one for か。
For now, check out Kitsune Add-on for typing out your Japanese until the IME is back in working order.
