Manga Forms Usagi Tsukino -- Usagi Tsukino is a normal 14-year-old girl who appears in Act 01, Volume 01 of the manga. She lives in a house in Juuban with her mother, father, and younger brother. Sailor Moon -- After using her brooch to transform with "Moon Prism Power, Make Up!," Usagi becomes Sailor Moon, the first of her many different forms. This form first appears in Act 01, Volume 01. Princess Serenity -- Princess Serenity appears in Act 09, Volume 02. She is Usagi's past form, the princess of the Moon Kingdom during the Silver Millennium. Neo Queen Serenity is the wife of King Endymion (the future form of Mamoru Chiba), and the mother of ChibiUsa. Super Sailor Moon -- Super Sailor Moon is the second form of Sailor Moon, that appears in Act 30, Volume 09. She uses the power of the Holy Grail with "Crisis, Make Up!" to transform from Sailor Moon into Super Sailor Moon. Eternal Sailor Moon -- Eternal Sailor Moon is the third form of Sailor Moon, that appears in Act 42, Volume 15. To transform, she uses "Silver Moon Crystal Power, Make Up!" Sailor Cosmos -- Sailor Cosmos appears only in the manga. She first appears in Act 51, Volume 18, and is introduced in Act 52, Volume 18. She is the true form of ChibiChibi. She comes from the future, when Chaos has destroyed nearly everything, to try to convince Usagi to destroy the Galaxy Cauldron (which has becomes merged with Chaos). Sailor Moon does not destroy the cauldron, but Cosmos feels that this is the right choice, as the Cauldron allows stars to be reborn again and again. Anime Forms Usagi Tsukino -- Usagi Tsukino is a normal 14-year-old girl who appears in Episode 01 of the anime. She lives in a house in Juuban with her mother, father, and younger brother. Sailor Moon -- Usagi uses the brooch given to her by Luna in conjunction with "Moon Prism Power, Make Up!" to become the heroine Sailor Moon in episode 01. She uses this form throughout the first two seasons. Princess Serenity -- In episode 34, it is revealed that Usagi is actually Princess Serenity, who was the princess of the Moon Kingdom during the Silver Millennium. During the Silver Millennium, she, Prince Endymion, the senshi, and the residents of the Moon Kingdom were killed by the jealous Queen Beryl, who rose an army against the Moon Kingdom. It is discovered that the three talismans belong to the Outer Senshi, and the talismans come together to form the Holy Grail. Using the power of the Holy Grail, Sailor Moon is able to become Super Sailor Moon. Later, she gains the ability to become Super Sailor Moon without the Holy Grail. Eternal Sailor Moon -- Eternal Sailor Moon is the final form of Sailor Moon. Baby Hotaru first sees this version of Sailor Moon in a dream in episode 167. In the next episode, 168, Super Sailor Moon transforms into Eternal Sailor Moon with the help of the combined power of all the senshi.

Manga Forms Hotaru Tomoe -- Hotaru Tomoe appears first in Act 24, Volume 07. She is a very sick little girl whose father is the mad Professor Tomoe. She was badly injured in a fire as a child, and her father used his knowledge of technology to revive her. Thus, she is a cyborg, whose body is kept alive with wires and machines. Sailor Saturn -- In Act 30, Volume 09, we learn that Hotaru is actually Sailor Saturn. Once Sailor Saturn awakens, she will destroy the world. Sailor Saturn does bring ruin to the world, but the world is reborn through Sailor Moon. Saturn then led Pharaoh90 into its own Galaxy, and she was reborn as a baby. Later, Sailor Saturn reawakens when the Dead Moon Circus appears. Mistress 9 -- Mistress 9 appears in Act 30, Volume 09. She is the entity that worked alongside Master Pharaoh 90 in the Tau star system. She is implanted within Hotaru Tomoe by Professor Tomoe (her father). Hotaru was possessed by Mistress 9, and her entity is finally awoken when Hotaru seizes the ginzuishou and the soul of ChibiUsa in Act 30. She is fully awoken in Act 31, although Hotaru still exists within her. Hotaru eventually regains control of her body, and Mistress 9 is destroyed. Baby Hotaru -- In Act 33, Volume 10, after the destruction of the world, Hotaru is reborn as a baby. Sailor Pluto, Sailor Uranus, and Sailor Neptune swear to care for her. Child Hotaru -- In Act 39, Volume 14, we meet Hotaru once again, under the supervision of Sailor Pluto, Sailor Uranus, and Sailor Neptune. Although it has only been a year since she was reborn as a baby, she has aged rapidly and is now the size of a normal 3-year-old. She continues to age quickly to the point that she can reawaken as Sailor Saturn, as the Dead Moon Circus has arrived. Princess Saturn -- Princess Saturn was the princess of Saturn during the Silver Millennium. Hotaru appears in this form from time to time. Her castle is Titan Castle. Anime Forms Hotaru Tomoe -- Hotaru Tomoe appears first in episode 112. She is a very sick little girl whose father is the mad Professor Tomoe. Possessed Hotaru -- Hotaru Tomoe has been possessed by Mistress 9, who occasionally has control of the young girl, until she can fully take over her body. When Mistress 9's influence overwhelms her, she becomes completely possessed and her eyes glow red, although she retains the same body. Mistress 9 -- In episode 123, Mistress 9 devours ChibiUsa's Pure Heart Crystal and awakens completely within Hotaru, and Hotaru's body changes to that of Mistress 9. Hotaru no longer has any control over her body, though she is still trapped deep within. Eventually, she uses the power of Saturn and her memories of loved ones to overcome Mistress 9 and destroy her. Sailor Saturn -- After Hotaru destroys Mistress 9, she emerges as Sailor Saturn. She then sacrifices herself to destroy Pharaoh90. Sailor Saturn first appears in episode 125. Baby Hotaru -- In episode 125, after Pharaoh90 has been defeated, Sailor Moon emerges from the ruins holding tiny baby Hotaru. Hotaru has been reborn as an infant. Setsuna, Michiru, and Haruka agree to become her guardians as she grows. Child Hotaru -- In episode 167, Sailor Pluto, Sailor Neptune, and Sailor Uranus are attacked by the Mirror Palais Dolly. Baby Hotaru emits a powerful wave of energy, which allows the senshi to transform into their Super forms. After the energy has dispursed, Hotaru stands before them, having grown rapidly into a small child. She continues to grow quickly until she is ready to reawaken as Sailor Saturn. Super Sailor Saturn -- In episode 168, Hotaru as a child grows until she is ready to reawaken. She then becomes Super Sailor Saturn. Manga Forms Haruka Tenoh -- Haruka Tenoh is a young woman who attends Mugen Gakuen with her girlfriend, Michiru Kaioh. She first appears in Act 24, Volume 07. Haruka prefers to dress like a boy, but is 100% female. The manga states that she is a senshi of both genders, but this is meant to be taken symbolically. At a San Diego Comic Con in August 1998, Naoko Takeuchi was asked about it and said that Haruka is simply female. Sailor Uranus -- In Act 25, Volume 08, Sailor Uranus appears, though we do not find out that she is actually Haruka Tenoh until Act 27, Volume 08. She uses "Uranus Power, Make Up!" to transform. Despite the fact that her uniform changes twice, the form is always known as "Sailor Uranus" in the manga ("Super Sailor Uranus," for example, is never mentioned in the manga). Anime Henshin & Attacks Neptune Planet Power, Make Up! Michiru Kaioh's only anime transformation phrase, which she uses to transform into Sailor Neptune. It appears first in episode 106. Deep Submerge Sailor Neptune's first attack. She calls upon the powers of the oceans and seas. A wave of water is compressed into an orb shaped like a planet and thrown at the enemy. It is first shown in episode 90 without words, and it is first shown with words in episode 92. Submarine Reflection Super Sailor Neptune's attack, using the Deep Aqua Mirror. It either reveals weaknesses in enemies through the mirror or emits blasts of blue energy from the mirror, hitting the enemies. It is first used in the SuperS movie.

Manga Forms ChibiUsa Tsukino -- ChibiUsa appears in episode Act 13, Volume 04. She comes from the future Crystal Tokyo, where she is the daughter of Neo Queen Serenity (future form of Usagi) and King Endymion (future form of Mamoru). Her full name is "Usagi Tsukino," having been named after her mother, but is usually called ChibiUsa. Black Lady -- In Act 20, Volume 06, Wiseman fills ChibiUsa's head with exaggerations, twisting and warping her memories to the point that she believes that no one loves her. She grows into the evil Black Lady, and attempts to destroy the senshi. Eventually, when Sailor Pluto dies, Black Lady remembers that she has friends who care for her, and the spell is broken - she transforms into ChibiUsa once again. Sailor ChibiMoon -- In Act 23, Volume 07, Black Lady remembers that there are people who care for her, and she transforms into ChibiUsa once again. Immediately following this transformation, the power of the Ginzuishou causes her to transform into Sailor ChibiMoon in order to destory the Black Moon Clan. Later, in the final arc of Sailor Moon, her outfit changes, but she is still referred to as "Sailor ChibiMoon." Super Sailor ChibiMoon -- Sailor ChibiMoon can transform into Super Sailor ChibiMoon using the Holy Grail of the future. We first see Super Sailor ChibiMoon in Act 33, Volume 10. Later, when she is no longer able to transform into Super Sailor ChibiMoon with the Holy Grail, Pegasus gives her the ChibiMoon Compact, allowing her to transform without the grail. Small Lady -- ChibiUsa appears in princess form during important events in the future, such as the coronation of the King and Queen. Teen ChibiUsa -- In Act 34, Vol 12, the Amazones Quartetto look into the dreams of ChibiUsa and Usagi, and find that Usagi feels she needs to be more grown-up, while ChibiUsa feels that she is not ready for adult-hood. PallaPalla then does what is exactly the opposite of their wishes - she switches the ages of the two, causing Usagi to become a child and ChibiUsa to become an adult. Luckily, when they transform together with "Moon Crisis, Make Up!" in the next act, they are returned to their original bodies. Princess Lady Serenity -- ChibiUsa appears in this form only very briefly, in Act 40, Volume 14, and is only shown very faintly. She appears as a vision to Helios in Elysion, telling him that only the maiden can break the seal of the Golden Crystal. Helios mistakenly thinks that Princess Lady Serenity is Usagi, but she is actually a grown-up version of ChibiUsa from the future. Super Sailor ChibiMoon -- In episode 128, the first episode of the fourth season, Pegasus appears to ChibiUsa in her dreams. Later in the episode, she wishes that someone would help her and Sailor Moon, lest they die at the hands of the enemy. Suddenly, Pegasus appears before them and allows them to transform into Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor ChibiMoon. Later on, he gives the two new brooches with which to transform. Adult ChibiUsa --In episode 158, PallaPalla uses her magic to switch the ages of Sailor Moon and Sailor ChibiMoon - Sailor Moon becomes a child, while Sailor ChibiMoon becomes an adult. Eventually, Sailor ChibiMoon returns them to their normal bodies.

Cane - Tuxedo Mask fought with a cane, which could be used in battle in a manner similar to a sword. It can also magically extend at will.
