It's the first time in at least four years that I've had school (College still constitutes as school.) cancelled due to snow. We got an entire foot of the cold white stuff! biggrin biggrin I took a ruler out and measured. wink
I had oodles of fun playing in the snow with my little sister. She made a snowman and I made a snow castle. (You know, like a sand castle, but with snow.) We came in, had hot chocolate, and went back out for a snowball fight. Being triple her age, I went easy on her...not that I'm that great at them anyway. xd We brought some cups of snow inside and poured different drinks on them to make loads of flavours of snow treats! My favourite was definitely the snow with the chocolate milk and chocolate syrup! :p The lemonade or strawberry juice one would probably be what I liked second-best.
The only difficult aspect was having to shovel my yard. Now that I live alone, no one else could do it. I was out there for forty-five minutes and even though I hadn't made much progress I thought that I was doing all right. I must not have been, though, because a neighbour came over with a snow plow and offered to do it for me. He did in ten minutes what would've taken me two hours. sweatdrop I'm putting a "thank you" card in his post box tomorrow; it was really nice of him. whee
Anyway, I've had a GREAT day, which I definitely am grateful for considering how stressed I've been over ill relatives.

I love the snow but sadly i had to spend my snow day with knowbody! sad

I love the snow. It's so much fun! Glad you enjoyed it.
All my snow melted and it's already 70 degrees here. (I hate our weather razz )
