So...Has anyone heard of SharedTalk? It's a site that's connected with Rosetta Stone. You can find people to practice with, speech wise and typing. There are chat rooms just for Japanese practice.
When you go there, it's best you go in seriously, or you won't be very popular. Going in looking for a "Japanese girlfriend/boyfriend," or something not language related will get you into trouble. :0
