	has red flag like a quest is available. but he will not give me a quest and he is not part of current quests i am undertaking. why is this and how to fix? ninja ninja

	Two answers, both true: Don't worry about extra flags. They pop up even when you have already completed those quests. AND... Try checking William again when you are at a higher level, like CL 4 or 5. See what he has to say then.
