concentrate on your breathing rhythm
like just think about breathing in and breathing out
after a while of doing that you'll hear your heartbeat
just listen to it and concentrate on it
always helps me to get to sleep

I fell asleep as the sky was turning dark purple as the sun was rising.
I dont drink much caffeine or any sugar.
I have problems with insomnia sometimes.
