It didn't have to do with our playing, but I think it still counts. When I was in middle school, we were just about to start the Star Spangled Banner when the fire alarm went off. We had a band of around 200, not to mention our families, friends, and neighbors. Everyone had to evacuate the gym. Outside, it was snowing, and we had to line up on a hill, still carrying our instruments, many in high heels and skirts. Luckily, it wasn't a real fire, just a glitch. But when we finally got inside again, we were really cold and had water all over our instruments, from the snow.
