So true, Linny; now it's really just a sign of laziness. And perhaps a general illiteracy inherent in our country at this point in time.
(By the way, you didn't have to translate that for *my* sake... though it still spasms the cerebral cortex, I can understand it.) xd

oh my gosh!! my brain hurtsss. i'm glad that most people decide not to type like that. but still a lot of people do, which is annoying stare (it's also hurtful).

Anyway, there's a few that threw me, especially floating around the LJ roleplay communities. bb and orz.
I eventually found out what they both mean. Baby and an emoticon of deep bowing, like head on the floor. XD

For the longest time, I couldn't figure out what "ffs" meant and I remember the embarrassment in having to ask. (For F--k's Sake)
Being an online gamer also exposes me to a lot of new online jargon that's constantly evolving.
Even though "txt speak" makes my head want to asplode O.O , I enjoy seeing the next evolution in what used to be the English language
