crying , one of my cats died recently. Our Siamese cat was the one that died. I feel even sadder because i never got any pictures of him. He got sick, we were about to take him to the vet, and my mom had him in her arms, as she was heading for the truck when he started gasping for breath and then he just died. his name was Baby.
We also got another cat at about the same time baby died. An old family friend had passed away and he had two orange and white tabby cats, both named tiger, and his ex-wife took one of the cats, and we ended up with the other cat. Its kind of sad, tiger keeps going down to his house looking for him.

I'm so sorry to hear about Baby. Did you find out what was wrong with him?
I'm glad you were able to take your neighbour's cat - so many cats end up in shelters when their owners die. I'm sure he'll adapt to living at your place eventually. Cats are creatures of habit and routine, so it may take some time.

After he died my mom called the vet and canceled the appointment, and then she went and buried him out in the yard. And yes, I'm glad Tiger didn't end up in a shelter. hes a good cat, hes friendly, but a little bit jumpy though.

I'm sorry about your cat, too. I lost three of my cats recently, and I still haven't gotten over it. My cat, Victoria, had kittens about a week ago, so that helps a little... anywho, I feel your pain.

I'm sorry to hear that. I hate it when I lose a kitty or any pet. Give yourself some time and if you think you want another kitty, then go and see what you can find one at the shelter. It might help the other kitty out. I know my three all need each other a great deal. They are way more social then people give them credit for. You do have my deepest sympathies though.
