My friends kitten who is 5 months old has something wrong with her.
She is skinny and boney but her stomach is big and bloated and feels like air when you touch it. She eats healthy and everything is healthy besides that.
She doesn't think she had her dewormer and stuff from the vet and it could be worms but other then that what do you think it might be?

It might not be anything.
When I first got my boy cat, for those first couple days I thought he didn't go to the bathroom and his tummy felt big and I got worried he was holding it all in. When I took him to the vet for his post adoption check up, he said he everything was fine and that's how is stomach is.
But it's always best to take it to the vet and see.

Thanks for your help.
(Edit I figure I'll just update it it wasn't until a day or two that I found out what was wrong, It was a serious condition and fatal so she put her down, She had FIP)
