So...this series is centered around two characters. One is Haruka Nogizaka, one of the most popular girls in school. She excels in just about everything; she's a master at piano, she gets amazingly high grades, she's beautiful, she's humble, she's everything anybody could want in a girl. Oh yeah, and she's from a fabulously wealthy family, too.
Now you've got Yuuto Ayase. He's pretty much a normal guy, until one day he discovers Haruka's deepest, darkest secret; she's deeply in love with anime and manga, and since that type of hobby is often looked down upon in Japan, this poses a threat if her secret becomes exposed. Therefore, Yuuto promises Haruka that he will keep it a secret, and from then on, they're good friends.
This series is still airing in Japan, and m.3.3.w fansubs is working on the project. Google it, yo. wink
The other thing I'm wonderin' is if anybody else watches the series. It's a light-hearted romantic comedy with more anime references than you can shake a stick at, but it's tastefully done.
