I'm getting married in almost 24 hours...and I can't sleep. I'm going to pass out at my rehearsal!

oh my! You'll be fine - but yes, sleep is good! Even if you can't sleep, sip a little warm milk and relax as much as you can. When the day comes, you'll be too excited to realise that you've not slept in the last week!

Good luck!
It's hard to sleep when you have so much on your mind. Sometimes, as Sablara noted, you just have to focus on relaxing. Maybe take a bubble bath, read a book, or just lay in bed, close your eyes, and think about something happy and soothing.

Are you getting the jitters or something??? Or should I say maybe excitement?
Hope your rehearsal goes smoothly with lack of sleep, cause crankiness might kick in.

I hope you get some rest. I know that it can be very hectic stressful and just plan annoying but don't fret. That goes for nerves and excitement.
