i love 5s and 6s on rifle, and mini parallels form yolur neck on both sabre and flag. they are just so addicting to do!!!

I'll tell you the truth I absolutely hate 45s, I have tried to learn them on my own and they just never seem to work. But my fave is the parallel from the shoulder, the prayer toss, the speed toss (for more info PM me), and the strip-T toss, and the classic carve toss(I'm trying to get a quad spin on it but it's only doing 3.5 but nbd).

I love the prayer toss(known to my guard as the praying hand toss). I also like the horizontal toss while holding the edge of the silk(dunno if it has a name).

I like 45s on flag and rifle, doubles on flag, quads on rifle, 8s on sabre, backwards sabre horizontals, inverted rifle 45s, horizontals on both flag and rifle, cradle tosses, J tosses, and parallels. Basically, I like almost any toss except for singles and single-and-a-halfs. They're just too boring. My favourite piece of equipment is probably sabre, although I'm very proficient in all equipment, even baton, which we don't use. I also enjoy one-handed 45s. Those are freaking sweet!!! =]

OMG i love doing 45s. I also like this one toss that we did in our show. WE spun the flag around our waist and then throw a horazontal and go strait into a cartwheel XD.

I greatly dislike 45 tosses and one-handed parallels because I whacked myself in the face with one freshman year. As for what I like...
1) I adore fives on rifle.
2) Butt-tosses on rifle.
3) Peggy tosses on flag.
4) Hilt tosses on saber.
5) Between-the-leg tosses on rifle.
