Big O is actually a crappy mecha series...

You just have a dirty dirty mind, that's the only problem XD ~Just kidding.
You're right. A lot of anime/manga have deliberately provocative titles to enhance their comedy element. I think the Japanese have the ultimate talent of creating titles that make the audience go: (o____O?)

XD Yeah, there are a lot of messed up titles out there. None come to mind immediately though (btw, I always avoided Please Teacher for that reason XD)

Total agreement on the "Big O" thing. That, combined with the fact I first saw it on the early days of Cartoon Network's "Adult Swim" at like three in the morning, and had no idea what either one was -- I thought I'd stumbled onto something really risque! Watched it, of course. 4laugh
Wasn't about anything like I thought, but Steve Blum's voice was sexy. (At least that counted for something once, since I hear him everywhere now.)
