Yeah, I've used melatonin in the past...I really liked it, I feel like it helps me sleep deeper and not get woken up as much, but I feel like if I use it too often it becomes less effective. Anyone else have this experience?
After the second time using melatonin it didn't seem to work. Maybe I was just being that stubborn. At that time nothing could put me to sleep.
A good idea would be to figure out what is keeping you awake. Envrionmental, Emotional, Phsycial, etc. Then try and fix that. The ideas listed so far are great for calming down and relaxing.
