I've read these mangas
Love Hina, Chobits, Real Bout High School.
I know some of them are border line shojo, but I really can't bring myself to care.
I'm looking for a few new series to check out, any suggestions would be amazing =)

Hmm how about Azumanga daioh? I haven't read it myself but I've seen a few episodes of the anime and it looks hilarious. It's another of those school girl things, and I've heard it's amazing.

Dude, I love Love hina. biggrin It's my favorite, along with Mahou Sensei Negima. Which you should read. ^ ^
Absolute Boyfriend, Ouran High School Host Club, Hana Kima, and Gacha Gacha CAPSULE are good too. biggrin

azumanga daioh is apparently realy good
enchanteris cool but it is more of shonen then shojo but...
negima is also good
realy anything by clamp is good
cardcaptor sakura magic knights rayearth(spelling isnt perfect...sry)

Ouran is a really good manga. Unlike some of the other answers I've been giving on this forum, I don't necessarily like the FMA manga. It's good, I admit, but it irks me to an extent. I'm not telling anyone why, but it does. Also, Tactics and Demon Diary are really good. :3 And Crescent Moon.
