it's a tropical island, right? it'll be hot, so he needs to keep cool. since he eats strawberry cheesecake so frequently in the anime, i'd assume he'd at least want SOME strawberriness and keep cool simultaineously. hence strawberry ice cream.

I can think of nothing else for him to eat other than Strawberry Cake. Now, don't get me wrong, he'd love the other stuff, and I love me some chocolate. But he eats strawberries so much, that he'd have to eat the cake as well.
