Since Phoenix Wright/Apollo Justice are the only games I play faithfully, here are my favourite couples from that game:
Phoenix/Larry/Edgeworth, in any way you please. ((Phoenix/Edgeworth (My FAAAAVOURITE), Phoenix/Larry, Edgeworth/Larry, the threesome way...)
Phoenix/Edgworth, since they need to be placed in a seperate thing so I can tell of my love for them. The subtext is superb, there's obvious sexual tension, and Phoenix became a lawyer so he could find Edgeworth. COME ON.
Matt/Juan just... because. XD
I sort of like Gumshoe/Edgeworth, but I find it so hard to think of Gumshoe in a relationship with anyone besides Maggey. But, some of the pictures I've found are cute, so...
Apollo/Klavier, because I needed a Apollo Justice couple to like.
Godot/Any attractive male. Really, Godot makes everyone squeal, doesn't he? XD

Godot/Phoenix... that could work. :/ I mean, at first it can be a love/hate thing, but after case 3-5 they can contact eachother while Godots in prison and when he gets out they can make out and date eachother and do many, many things.
Isn't as good as Phoenix/Edgeworth, but I'll bite. >w<

Yeah, Pheonix and Edgeworth is my main current fav game pairing. I could list FF and KH pairings but it would just be like everyone else's list so why bother being repetitive.

I'm not really into any other game slash, right now. Also, Kingdom Hearts parings have to be crack, or I don't want them... hum. I do like Leon x Krauser, or Leon x the hispanic guy... The Boss x EVA. If you knock EVA out when you have to lead her to the helicopter at the end EVA will start talking in her sleep. She says things about The Boss, Snake, and Fido...all of them sexual. I just realized that has nothing to do with yoai, sorry, but I found it interesting
