just vote, and then explain why you prefer your choice.

I personnally prefer manga. I mean come on. They made light even more retarded then he already is. (plus they make L less smart...)

and ive heard they cut out matt!

(im going to cosply Matt at animethon in edmonton, alberta.)

i like the anime better just because i dont like to read though.
although i have heard people talk about matt but i myself havent seen him in the anime so i'd like to see how he looks like and his personality. but anyways i like the anime.

The manga, definitely. I don't like the way how they end up cutting corners on scenes that should be in the anime...also, i don't like a lot of the voice actors either (except for L's and Near's) and that ends up putting the anime in an unfavorable light with me.

The manga was by far way better than the anime.

The anime (like katsuki said) cut scenes that were somewhat important.

I didn't like L's voice much though.
It's wasn't what I imagined it to be.

Manga, all the way! It may sound bizarre, but L appeared much more alive in the manga than in the anime.

Except for Light's death scene, I prefer the Manga. The anime portrayed Light's death a bit better. What I don't like though is how the anime added the rain scene (where L dries off Light's feet and Light dries off L's hair) In the manga, it never happened. Plus, they have a better feel to them if you know what I mean.
