Pumpkinbot I see! So THAT'S why Nintendo added tripping: To get rid of Dashdancing and Foxtrotting. biggrin agreed, but tripping, since it doesn't happen all the time to me, isn't something i mind that much. would i take it out? no, because that would make some moves useless, like Diddy Kong's down b, or at least not as effective since some moves raise tripping propability. (unfortunetly, it's mostly to yourself as ryuukojin's trip guide says sweatdrop ) but i noticed something while looking at ryuukojin's trip guide. even though the last note he make (5th one) is technically true, after the trip animation is over, which takes less then a second, you ARE vulnerable to attack, even if your using a get-up attack from tripping.
as a side note, as long as you time it right, Squirtle IS able to dashdance without worrying about tripping. it's great for throwing in an upsmash when they come at you.
