I don't see a single blonde in those photos, to begin with. o_O
Im not sure if its called blondes in english, in denmark we call it "blonder", but anyway to describe better:

Ahhh. For English, "blondes" are people with light colored hair.

It is awful for translating whole sentences, but single words work well enough.

Chibi Rat I found a Qi Lolita dress that's shorter  Unfortunately, That's the only image I can find aside from 2 anime ones. It's pretty though 3nodding and it's all i have to work with at the moment

I've been seeing that image around for at least a year, maybe two (When I Google-image Lolita). Likely they posted that image and were selling something similar or ripping people off... 3nodding It happens.
