{{{Use gel when your hair is wet, and carefully blow-dry it [it works best if you have someone to help you do this]. Then, immediately after you're done blow-drying your hair, use hairspray to hold it. It's easier if you use an extra-fine, extra-hold hairspray, like Tresemme's hairspray products. Be sure, when blow-drying, that you do it one section at a time. Not all at once. Example: Take one piece of [wet] hair, gel, blow-dry, hairspray, repeat on another piece.
