Finished renovations - and the unit has been leased! Hooray!






My next goal is to get my MBA

My unit was let 24 hours after it was posted on the internet. I'm officially a landlord (rather than a slumlord as I was before the renovations!)

I have spoken to my team leader about doing the MBA, and booked an appointment with the General Manager of the Australian Business unit on Thursday. If I get the OK, then work will be paying for it. I haven't picked my university yet - either Curtin or UWA.
Fingers crossed work is paying! It'll be ~$36K I'll have to pay UPFRONT!

I spoke with the GM on Thursday - she was VERY supportive of me doing an MBA part time. So, looks like I'm not going to have to worry too much about finding $40k! I'm just going to have to work my bum off to make sure I don't fail anything (else I do have to pay!)
