Yeah, Shin Chan has really bad art. -_< I always turn off the tv for half an hour when it comes on. Also I don't know why, but I've never really liked the art on AIR.
I like the Persona -Trinity Soul- and Wolf's Rain art. The Ruronin Kenshin OVA had good art too. I know there should be more, but I can't think of any at the moment. XP
Oh, the Miyazaki movies are really good too. I can never stop watching them. >< I've seen like 4 of his movies. They're all amazing.

I remember the first time I watchd Wolf's Rain, i was more drawn to the animation than anything else. Truly, a beautiful piece of anime.
