There is no reason to hate them in any way. They have no thoughts, due to their neurons stopping. They don't think. They don't talk. They don't harm you. But in the case of zombies, yes. Technically i can't be racist to dead people. Though that could make you racist for implying that dead people are only of specific race.
But anyhow, i don't got no grudge against the dead or the ghosts.
