I haven't bought one myself, but Kong (the rubber dog chew toy that you can put food into) makes a tiny version for cats that looks like it would make a good chew toy.

You could also try giving her a cube of raw meat (maybe stewing beef) or a chicken wing with the bone in (raw only - cooked bone can splinter.) Both are great for gnawing on.
I've also seen toys in the big chain pet stores that I think are meant for teething. They're small cloth covered toys that you throw in the freezer, so they're cold and firm and probably feel really good on the gums. I wish I could remember the brand.
You could also try some of the wooden chews that are made for small rodents - I know some cats are attracted to chewing on wood.
