Well I have a new suggestion up for this. More of a Book to anime but there has been a film before.
Would LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE a Watership Down anime!

Here are 2 movies I think should be made into anime:
As odd as this might sound coming from me, I think Moulin Rouge should be made into an anime. I'd like to see the "Roxanne" scene in animation form 8'D
The second is Death Race. It would be interesting to see that in anime form as well, especially people getting torn apart and whatnot xD

I remember those Parry Hotter videos, they're amazing! Moulin Rouge would be cool, as well 3nodding
FIGHT CLUB would be an AMAZING anime!
