Help Increase Fairness!

I'm trying to help find a way to curtail downvoting and botting in the Avatar Arena. Please post to this thread of the Avatar Area forum with any suggestions.

There is already a system in place to keep people from cheating in the Avitar Arena. The exact details of that system were not released to the public for security reason. If I knew what it was I definitely wouldn't post it either.

Hmm... what if a person has an advantage of dynamic IPs?
They can vote, then disconnect the internet, re-connect back with a new IP and vote again. How would one stop or scan a botter like that? O_o
