Alright, so it seems it's best to heal allies when getting points until you've enough rage to attack then attack with strong attacks. Values in parenthesis are if you aim which costs 1 rage. You get one rage from hitting with an attack that you didn't use rage for, or healing without using rage.
weak attack - 90% (100%) - 100 attacks = 90points (100)
medium attack- 45% (55%)- 100 attacks = 135 points (165)
strong attack- 20% (30%)- 100 attacks = 200 points (300)
All of the above expose you to be attacked.
3 attacks on the same post make you lose a heart.
cure/heal- 100% - 100 heals = 200 points
shareblood/[insert the hunter version that costs rage] - 100% - 100 heals = 200 points
Upon losing all of your hearts you have 5 minutes to be healed (either partially or fully...not sure) or you turn to the other side.
Every 6 hours you can talk to the npc at the opposing force's base to switch to that side.
Uhm...ranks and items...not sure about...and I think you can do an action every 2 minutes...unless you use a rage ability that cuts the time in half.
