Alpha Drug On Sunday in honor of International Lolita Day I battled Ninjas, and saw Tangled with my local Lolita Comm. ^_^  Did you girls do anything special for ILD? I went to the Tangled meet-up too! ^_^ Seeing the ninjas was so random. lol

I've been trying to figure out how to do my hair lately, since it's in that awkward growing-out phase, and not amenable to being curled. I went for some vintage styles, and managed a chignon with victory rolls in front today. I'm still learning to make them even, but .. yeah. while I was testing the style again today, I realized they were looking a bit like horns, so I decided to play around and take some photos.

I went clubbing tonight with a few lolita friends. ^_^ It was Tokyo Shock night so they encouraged everyone to wear japanese street fashion and a new theme, Fur. ^_^ So I wore a fur... collar, but as a sash. I also got the first chance to wear my penpal's gift from her own line of accessory creations, the skull facinator with a veil, he's actually missing an eye but thats my fault, I was too excited when I first got it as a Halloween present.

I love seeing you so much in this bonnet, you just exude so much elegance in it and pull off the dark colors so well! spuntino Sadly, I didn't celebrate ILD this time around. The girls in my area were too busy studying for finals, or working. There's a meet-up tomorrow that may or may not go through. So far, there are only three of us, and my budget's a bit tight, so I may skip until a larger meet can be had.
Anyway, mucked around with my new tripod today. Larger version is my DA ID now.
I need to learn how to take better self-shot close-ups, clearly. I'd also like to get a 50mm for portraits, so that may be my next purchase. Hrm.
