Mine's still about the same, not as thick as it used to be, but it's getting there.

so I've been trying to figure out what I'll be for Halloween. I'm thinking maybe a mime. With this makeup. Or a doll with that same-ish makeup just, powder blush instead of straight up lipstick.

A bit more like the second look. Let me know what you think.

I thought about it. But I'm not sure cause a lot of people do rageddy ann though I have a dress that would work. I might.

But I kind of want to be a mime because it's an excuse to do white-face and buy a bowler hat. And fewer people do it. I'm not into having a costume that's been overdone. And with a mime costume I could wear a crinoline if I wanted.

@strange: haha I never found them creepy. If they're cute enough they're not. <3

Nerd: If you want the doll cheek look, you're gonna need to blend the outsides of the circles of blush more. I recommend using a pale shade of powder foundation all over your face, then making smaller circles more on the apples of your cheeks, blending the outsides more so it's not such a clear line.

For lips you can use liquid foundation or a flesh colored lip pencil on the corners of your mouth, then apply lipstick in almost a heart shape in the middle of your mouth for the doll lip look.

Eyes I would just do false lashes on top and mascara on top and bottom, with maybe light application of dark eyeliner on the outside corners of your eyes.

[@bio: hah yea, I just needed to take pictures for ideas and tried out the lipstick-for blush thing. It worked shockingly well. I need some white-face though. It shouldn't be too hard to find though, I believe they sell it at hot topic for gothy-things.

and yea, the lips. I had foundation on them but it rubbed off cause I wore the makeup around for a few hours and stuff to see how it handled. I didn't have the right lip/eyeliner for the shape to hold though. And yea, heart shape for both I'm thinking. I'm wondering if I want black or bright red for the mime though. I have to try out a few different looks. I did some makeup shopping today but I also need a brighter pink lipstick for the doll face. I'm actually considering OCCMakeup's Lip Tar in Pageant.

And for eyes I hadn't the time for the false lashes but I have a few different pair. I'm thinking a pale pinkish eyeshadow for the doll or a gold for the mime. Not too mettallic but a goldenrod. I have a friend who did it for theatre a while back and it looked pretty nice.

EDIT: I tried out the doll makeup tonight and wearing pretty much what I think I'll wear. So here's an idea. It's like a doll of a little girl. And yea I need white leggings and a camisole under this so it wont show through like it does.
