It's baaaaaaad.... my Mom took it once and had some really bad dizzy spells. 50% eek You're drunk before you even know it lol

Yup, it's the alcohol and the diphenhydramine (or Benedryl type anti-histamine) in it. NyQuil's just really bad because it's like downing a whole bunch of different medicines plus alcohol. And any medicine taken with alcohol is not a good thing.
