Ash is unable to affect the Devil's mind with his attack,
Valac and Novi rush across the battlefield to to strike the devil once more.
Kuori blast's the devil with dvine energy, stunning him.
Ruin whiffs with his spell, which then takes its toll on his body.
Vivian seems confused by Ruin's words and does nothing.
Maukeen Attack's the devil with her tentacles, whipping him across the face (crit).
The Devil is stunned.

Ash places a hand on Vivian and draws deeply of her destructive energy before sending another attack at the devil.
Minor action and move>Minor Action for 28 energy Casting Grasping Shadows centered on U13, lasts until end of next turn and slows anyone inside it. Attack roll of 18+14+1=33 Damage roll of 7+28+2=37 damage

Valac eager to finally have the devil stand still caused a moment of buck fever as he put in a mighty swing only to have it graze the devil.

"ENOUGH" the Devil roars. Flapping his enormous wings, the devil flies high into the air and then plummets to the stone pedestal below in a monstrous pile drive, The shockwave knocks knocks all but Vivian and Novi off their feet, (prone, 15 damage to those with DR, 20 to Valac) The pedestal buckles and breaks and the pieces begin to slide apart. The massive throne in the center breaks through the ground and falls into darkness. The devil looks enraged now. His burning aura grows in intensity. ( His damage aura increases from 5 to 10, which means it will now affect the non Tiefling members in the party.)
"You're right, you immortal piece of s**t." Pushing himself back, Ruin would draw as much energy his little body could handle. "It is time for you to go back to hell!" Reforming the whip, he whirled it above his head and snapped it at the devil.

The devil gets blown back by Ruin's attack, "Wha... How is that even possible!" He studies Ruin and Vivian intensely for a moment. "Ah, I see now. Two can play at that game..."
With so much of her energy drained Vivian's demeanor changes. She puts her hand to her forehead and shakes her head. "Ugh...What the hell is going on. Why does everything hurt both inside and out?" Through her hand clasped to her face she looks at Ruin. There is a glint of recognition there he did not see before. "Ruin, where the hell are we and why are you so small?"
Maukeen stands up and lashes out with her tentacles, striking the devil twice in the back. "Hah, there is no where you can go to escape my attacks you fool so stop moving around!"
The Devil doesn't even try to stand up, he teleports away once more. From his position on the ground her raises one of his hands. A piece of the pedestal rises rises up into the are. Then, with a throwing motion, he causes the enormous slab to stone to hurl at the adventures. No one is able to dodge it as it crashes into Ruin, Kouri, Novi, and Valac, ( Prone, 15 damage with DR, 20 to Valac.) The slab shatters into hundreds of pieces and scatters across the battlefield, creating difficult terrain.
(Ash up!, remember the range 10 damage aura. Currently, only Maukeen and Valac are in range and Valac resists all of it. )

Ruin would smile at Vivian "Abridged version, This is a pocket dimension created for the devil. You lack your wards, so you're bigger than Valac and in pain..." Ruin explained, only to be cut short by the attack.
Quickly, he would harness his pain from the attack and condense it.

Ash attempts to play it defensively as the Devil throws massive attack after massive attack at the group. They look to Kuori, who told them not to take risks, and resolves to stay far from the devil. But they still have one thing they can do from this distance, and they fire a number of Magic Missiles at the Devil, hitting straight on from the far distance.
Attempting to use Shield (mechanics below) to up AC and Reflex to see if that helps at all. Would use it on the first attack that shattered the platform which would still apply for the second. If it doesn't help then I guess it doesn't, probably wasn't going to be more useful at any other time in the encounter.
Move Action to stand up, Standard Action Magic Missile for 10 whole damage.
Encounter ✦ Arcane Immediate Interrupt Personal Trigger: You are hit by an attack. Effect: You gain a +4 power bonus to AC and Reflex until the end of your next turn.

Pushing himself up, "to which I am sorry. But, you can blame me later. Right now the devil is on the ropes, we just need him to stay still. If you can fly me over, I can turn him into stone." Ruin explained his plan as he absorbed more of her energy.

Vivian easily picks up Ruin and begins to fly over towards the devil. While in flight she comments. "Man, why you keep touching me so much? Now that I'm all big you have feelin's for me or somthin'? Well, whatever, that weird pain inside seems to lessen when you do so, so I guess I'll accept it for now. Arg, this better not be what love feels like..."
It takes every bit of her movement but one she gets Ruin in range he blast the devil with his black smoke. The devil's skin beings to freeze and turn a shade of grey. Hid face twists up into a look of surprise and is permanently frozen that way. The devil is Petrified!
Muakeen lashes out at him with her tentacles, but they don't seem to have much affect on the devil's new stone skin. "He sure is an easer target now, but how are we suppose to break a statue that big?"
For a moment, the devil stays in his statue-esk form, but then cracks begin to appear and the stone. It breaks away from his flesh, like a lizard shedding his skin. The devil returns mostly to his normal fleshy state but his feet still remain frozen to the ground. "Hah, it will take more then that to hold me!"
