Solaris didn't do much in her house rather than to store the panna cotta in the fridge, shower to get rid of the kitchen stench, and even grab Theodore along before leaving her adobe. As she was flying, the afternoon weather was mostly in good shape. The park was buzzing with activity because of the pet walking event, and while it was nice to see the animals, her goal was to see a familiar face. Most of them were the ones she hadn't seen yet, at least until here. Her landing to the ground was a bit rough since she was wearing ankle high boots with small heels, but otherwise, it was good before her wings vanished like smoke. Amidst the banter in the park, the violinist's green eyes were focused on that young male who was at the bench, which actually transformed into a garden of sorts.
"I have to say, that's so pretty. Is that your skill?" Solaris asked before breaking into a giggle. "My fiance also has a garden, but it's much bigger because he owns a mansion and it's so nice." God, she was bragging about Xander again, but that was what happened when being in love with someone who had taken her breath away since the first meeting.

 ~Izumi Hayashi~Izumi would blink when he saw the other land before him and he'd offer a small smile and nod his head at the question "Yes, I can help promote the growth of plant life. Even if it's on the verge of death I can help make them beautiful again" he'd then chuckle a small bit at her gushing over her fiance, how cute. Some might have been annoyed at the bragging but Izumi was simply glad to know that others were happy "I would imagine, a mansion can easily have a splendid garden..." the quarter fae would put out a hand and smile "I believe our meeting was rushed earlier, I'm Izumi" he introduced himself in a soft tone. His earlier embarrassment and rush to apologize completely made it so that proper introductions had completely slipped his mind, how rude! And he was raised to be so much more of a gentleman than that, it was the basic stuff that his parents insisted on hammering into his head when he was still just a young boy. Still it was better late than never and hey, this was probably a better place to do it than any.

Hearing that the young man was good at such a thing was nice, but she shouldn't push him to do another demonstration. Solaris had seen enough, at least for now. Plus, with the young man introducing himself as Izumi, an idea suddenly popped up in her head. "Oh, it's a pleasure to meet you, Izumi. You should meet my childhood friend who is also Japanese like you. Her name's Hikaru, though she's busy right now with her job. Ehehehehe..." she rambled on, breaking out into a sheepish giggle afterwards. The temptation for Hikaru to introduce new friends to her circle was too hard to ignore, but she should stay rational for the shinigami's sake."Oh, and she's good in art and writing. Her paintings have become quite a good thing to add to the customers' collection. Though she's already taken by my fiance's brother who is a good dancer and pharmacist. Quite a cute couple, isn't it?"
If Hikaru would have been there, she would have protested against that, but that was something she had no choice but to accept. After all, it was all Cassandra's idea to pair those two together in the first place in the huntress' crusade to ensure that her cousins wouldn't feel so lonely, though with results that were disastrous.

By Bi Blitz ~Izumi Hayashi~Izumi would listen to her ramble on about her friend and he wore a polite smile through it all. As she continued on describing this Hikaru girl she certainly sounded lovely to say the least, an artist and a writer? Impressive to say the least. Izumi had no real talent in that department but he did appreciate fine art when he saw it. He'd then chuckle a bit when Solaris commented that Hikaru was already taken by her future brother in-law, it was cute "Indeed, but you needn't worry. I can promise you that I have no interest in stealing her away" he chuckled a bit as they way she said it made it seem like Izumi would be some knight and swoop in to steal her away. Him swooping a girl off her feet, a very amusing thought to say the very least. Of course he hoped against hope that she wouldn't infer anything from that statement, the last thing he wanted was for other people to know things about him that were his business alone.

Solaris' eyebrow raised quizzically at Izumi's remark that he had no intention of taking Hikaru away. "Ummm... That's not I'm actually going to imply but I trust you on that one. But still, what tickles your fancy when it comes to romance?" she questioned as she sat down on the bench, occupying the empty space beside him, though she caught herself with that question and the fallen angel waved a hand as if to clarify sheepishly. "Ah, no, I don't mean to pair you up with someone right away. Just curious to see what do you prefer in case you end up getting asked out on a date." Every person has their own ways of showing how much they mean to them, even if it meant not having to buy expensive things like what Xander did to her whenever he wanted to surprise her. She wouldn't mind that, but still, she still has money to come by because of her endeavors. And there was the chance that Izumi would not be interested in romance at all.
Nonetheless, the banter had slowed down since the two arrived. There would be no silence since the park was a public place, and it was crowded due to people walking their pets around for exercise. But Solaris wouldn't mind that; Xander wasn't around either, which was good since there may be potential fans and they would go ga-ga over him, much to his chagrin.

☁xxx"There's a pet store in town!?" Averi was nearly cheek to cheek with this woman at the mention of such a place. What was she to expect though? It may have been rare, or even uncommon, but cities did have pet stores! She could get more birds! Or another new kitten. The blonde drew back quickly, inhaling a loud breath as her thoughts went to purchasing a puppy. Slapping her hands against her cheeks, one might have thought she was going to explode from just the very idea. Her lips formed into an 'o' when she realized that she could finally get the ultimate aquarium she had always wanted! As a lover of the ocean, despite her airborne abilities, she had always wanted the ultimate exotic tank. She could deck it out with so many unique species of fish! Her face was nearly flushed, tears brimming her eyes. The dream was so close! "Okay, so you're going to be my new best friend here," she stated suddenly, calming down enough to actually speak. "I'm assuming you've been here long enough to show me around." A bit demanding maybe, but despite this woman's quiet disposition, Averi was determined to have her as a friend. She had just remarked on something that could help realize a dream for her. How could that not help with friend material!?
"Actually, perhaps you could actually help me." Her voice was far calmer than a second ago. Now that she was thinking about it, she had only found the park by flying overhead and she didn't want to rely on her powers to get her from A to B. She needed to learn the city as a normal person. "I'm supposed to be starting my job at the aquarium soon and maybe you could help me out finding it?" As an oceanographer, uncertified and not graduated (yet), she would get to be around marine life and be on the ocean. Maybe not as much as she would hope, but at least she was getting to work with the world she loved more than the one she currently lived in. She had to blame her father for nurturing her love of the sea. While she didn't hate her life on land, she would give it all up in a heartbeat to be in the water.xxx☁

~Izumi Hayashi~Izumi's face turned a bit red when she asked him what he fancied in terms of romance. There was no way he'd openly admit it and so instead he became a sputtering mess as he tried desperately to think of an answer for her "I..I um...I..just uh..." oh why did he have to be like this when it came to something like romance, it was so embarrassing as most men seemed perfectly comfortable with the whole subject "I just...want...someone who is kind...and caring..I don't care about much else..." that last bit was a lie, there was one other thing but being so vague meant it didn't really give anything away so he was sure that there was very little chance she'd question it too much. She seemed nice but he didn't know her well enough yet to tell the full truth.

╔══════════════╗ By default Patrick and Hiro arrived to their spot to their usual routine of visiting the park, but at a reverse this time. Stopped at their usual secluded spot there and sat up under a tree. Watched Hiro chasing after a butterfly nearby. "So adorable" he cooed a little quietly. This is the kind of quality time he likes spending in the park. ╚══════════════╝

Hearing Izumi stutter his reply induced a slight giggle from Solaris herself. "Ah, I see. Well, timing is still of the essence. The right moment will come where you'll end up finding your soulmate. In fact, I found mine when he attended my concert back then at the beach, but it was a long time ago," she smiled, reminiscing of the first meeting with Xander, more so when the ice mage courted her with the icy crystal rose. "Indeed, it was magical, and I'm sure that yours will be, too," she continued rambling on, though her forest green eyes were now staring at the sky above. Now, the fallen angel was thinking that things would go well for Izumi, but even such belief would not be enough to survive the trials that would come along unexpectedly. Nonetheless, she switched to the next topic to keep the conversation going.
"Anyway, care to tell your hobbies? I'm a violinist myself, and I also know how to compose music for the sake of my craft," Solaris asked, now feeling inquisitive about who he was. Looks could be deceiving, a normal belief to accept in Soleil since it had become the melting pot for both humans and supernatural beings alike.

~Izumi Hayashi~Izumi would smile at Solaris's story about how she found her Fiance at her concert. That was thrilling sounding to say the least and he'd blush a small bit when she said that his will be magical. Izumi would raise his hands and wave them back and forth in denial "Oh I doubt that, I highly doubt that I'll find someone anytime soon!" he commented with a bashful smile on his face. The mere thought of romance would fluster Izumi to no end and he didn't have too much confidence in himself when it came to that department. Izumi would blink as a smile grew on his face "Oh well...I enjoy gardening personally, it's one of my biggest..passions..." he grew more and more bashful as he explained his hobby, it was a bit embarrassing "I also enjoy listening to classical music and settling down with a good book when I can!" he explained with a soft smile on his face as he was thinking of the novel he was currently reading.

After hearing that Izumi wasn't that confident in believing that someone would love him for who he was, Solaris decided not to ask further. But still, the fact that he loved classical music, together with his appreciation for gardening, was still a good sign. "Good, then it will be worth listening to my violin performances. But I left my violin at home. You are welcomed to visit my house at any time," she invited. It was mainly because there was not much company compared to Xander and Mel as visitors. Speaking of the harpist, she should drop by Sucre's or her house soon to avoid getting the wrong idea at this point. But indeed, the fallen angel had lost track of time and now she felt bad for neglecting her. No, she shouldn't let that ruin the cordial mood that she was sharing with Izumi right now.
"What kind of novels are you fascinated with, though?" Solaris asked, eyes sparkling with curiosity. The talk about novels should also work well as a way to continue the conversation, right?

╠════════════════════════════════╣ Leaving the library for a quaint spot somewhere in the park was quite fun after some time reading a good book. The area Elvis was around wasn't too crowded spare for a few people chatting here and there with the sight of a mature man sitting by himself with his pet cat. Though he thought to himself if he should have a chat with either of them, though seeing how much time he's got on his hands, a little time to himself is more than adequate for the time being. Finding a lonely bench to sit on, Elvis brings his guitar around front for him to play, plucking a few strings, adjusting the tunes to have a better note in his strumming to the right pitch, and well all was well in order, he begun playing a sweet melody, no lyrics, or anything that says it's a legit song, it felt more like ambience that soothes rather than to inspire or entice a crowd to gather. Nodding softly to the beat and feet hitting the ground lightly with the rhythm, Elvis started humming the notes, before making up words that fit with the song, though the words he seemed to make up had a tinge of Spanish influence as if he's playing a song of wistful longing or saddened past. The melody he played seemed sad and woeful but the expression on his face says something else as he's engulfed in playing this melody. An electric guitar playing a Spanish melody as well as having a similar sound of an acoustic guitar, a few passersby here and there, though they didn't seem to bother staying as if the music asks them to go on and live their lives, not wanting them to stay and reminisce in painful pasts or moments in their lives where they've had regrets. As the music fades from their ears, a confident spirit sparks in them as they look forward and moving on like they haven't in a long time. Glancing up at those who pass by, Elvis smiles softly for those who do stay for a while before they feel something inside them that says everything will be okay and carry on with their daily routines or new start. He paused slightly as the note he was about to strum played by itself keeping a long and unfading note as if a violin string moves slowly across it endlessly, Elvis wondered what he should have for dinner as wonders what's good for this sort of time and day, few new heads turn only to be confused as to how the guitar rings nonstop with it's musician contemplating something they aren't sure off, finally snapping back to his strumming, Elvis continued playing a melody having already figured what he should have tonight. Keeping watch on time, he counts the number of minutes he's got here before he feels it's time to move on. ╠════════════════════════════════╣Individuals in the background:

Kos felt a little ashamed for being so late, but often times when he was in his workshop he tended to lose track of time. It was a good thing Kaylee was able to get his attention to inform him of this adorable event at the park where people would be with their pets. Kos was a little unsure it'd work as Mira was an apprehensive feline, but he felt like it'd be good for the two of them to get out there and be a bit more outgoing. He willingly picked them up and took them there hoping they could make some friends and if they were lucky get to know some other couples. He approached the park with his wife on his shoulder as usual, a lumbering metal giant singing a chorus from The Bacchai to keep up the mood during the wall "Where is the home for me? O Cyprus, set in the sea, Aphrodite’s home in the soft sea-foam," once he stepped inside he gently lifted his arms and took Kaylee from his shoulder, setting his small wife on the ground "Would I lend to thee; Where in the wings of the Lovers are furled, And faint the heart of the world!" before he placed his hands on his hips as he looked around the park to see a bunch of people "Okay!" his voice cheery despite its robotic nature. He looked down to Kaylee and Mira "Well my two favorite ladies! Its time to make some friends don't you think?" he leaned a bit. It was mostly aimed at Mira since she tended to just sneer at everyone rather than interact, since Kaylee was at least trying to be more outgoing. It might be a different, but since they had moved it was best to get to know some people after all there was nothing wrong with making some friends. A question mark began to show on his face screen as he looked around "Now who can I shovel you towards?" not intending to let them be too afraid of getting to know some new people.
