Taka followed Sora outside. He had a feeling he was about to get those answers he wanted...

"You'll have to carry me." Ezlo mumbled with a sigh. He didn't like hopping around, but Vaati still needed time to break the curse.

Sora picked Ezlo up and placed him on his head. "Hey! You match my cloak!" Sora exclaimed once they were outside.
"So why did you want me to know about Vaati being minish?"

Vaati came out only moments later. He was surviving off of little catnaps. "Taka's awake...?"

"Um, I know I'm new to everything here, but what exactly is going on? Why is the Princess here, who exactly are you Vaati? And am I still asleep?" Taka said looking at Ezlo.

Vaati was about to answer when he felt something impale him. He looked down at his chest to find a sword sticking out. He was too shocked to see that he in any pain at all. The sword was pulled out and Vaati collapsed.
Another Vaati stood behind him, laughing at Vaati's misfortune. "Ganon said you would be dead if you turned on him." It teased, his silver hair blowing in the wind.

Without thinking, Taka pulled his sword and attacked this new arrival. Sora did the same.

"Sora, you must forget him and help Vaati. It won't be long until he dies from blood loss." Ezlo reported, looking at the bloody heap that was now Vaati.
"You're both fools. If you don't want the same fate as Vaati, you would back off." Dark Vaati warned, slashing at Taka.

Sora listened to Ezlo. He used his amulet to create a fairy to heal Vaati.
Taka saw Sora. What the? He'd better have a good explanation... He grew a white hot rage, and his sword seemed to comply as it shot blindingly bright fire towards Dark Vaati.
"M-My magic!" Sora's amulet had been drained of all remaining magic. One fairy would have to do.

"Vaati will help replenish the magic later." Ezlo promised. Vaati groaned slightly. "Oh no, he's still conscious..." Ezlo could only imagine the pain Vaati was going through.
Dark Vaat smiled. "Vaati, I'm sure Lord Ganon would forgive you if you came back. You have one more chance to complete your task." He said and disappeared suddenly.

(I'm back guys!)
Moon had only slipped in when Dark Vaati disappeared. His claws were extended as they retracted as he looked around. "Is every one al-" he said seeing vaati on the ground. "Are you alright Vaati?" he asked moving swiftly over to him.
Silver looked at Arious as she nodded. She moved as she touched a block as a passage opened as she slipped into it. Whatever you do Silver...Do not let Arious see your face when your return... she thought to herself as she went to see her Capitan.

Taka cooled off. The flames on his sword disappeared. It happened again...
Sora looked at Taka. Looks like I'm not the only one with a secret after all! He focused on Vaati. His wound was lethal, but the fairy's work would keep him alive.
Taka looked over at Vaati. "Will he be alright?"
