Mercutio grew impatient. All three of heard water and scrambled up a higher ledge for safety, but the water seemed to disappear as quickly as they heard it. Denji was playing around with the Iron Boots, laughing at the fact that everything always seemed to fit perfectly. Askari rolled her eyes as she and Mercutio stuffed their pockets with the few bottles of blue fire they had on them.
He jumped down, landing on his feet, his knees bent to help absorb a little bit of the impact, but the fall wasn't high. He was growing impatient. Before Denji or Askari could object, he started running. "Kaylene! Are you alright?"
"For the love of- Mercutio, give her some space for once!" Denji hissed, chasing after him. Denji was bigger with longer names, and easily caught up with Mercutio, despite Mercutio's agility. He tackled him to the ground, his muscles and weight winning over Mercutio's small frame.
Askari shook her head with a small laugh. "You two are both crazy." She said with a sigh, using her foot to jab Denji in the side.

fai knelt before his master. "Yes... I understand. I shall do as you ask." Fai desappeared in a swirl of frost. He reappeared bak at Zora's domain. He wanted to see Kaylene again. However he was told to guard the water temple.
Kaylene stood shocked or a moment. She then shook her head and wiped her mouth off. She got up and walked toward where she had left her friends. She couldn't believe what happened. She saw her friends. She wouldn't tell them though... She couldn't bear to put them in danger because of her. She quickly wiped her eyes, hoping that no one could tell that she had been crying. She couldn't do anything with her burning cheeks though. She prayed she wouldn't see him for a while.

"Denji! Get off of me, will you?" Mercutio shouted, struggling to escape the other neko's grip, but it was like a mouse trying to fight off an elephant. Mercutio wasn't much bigger than a kitten and Denji was, well, a heck of a lot bigger. Denji chuckled.
"Like I said, just give her some space and everything will be okay. Better even! You're like a little stalker!" Denji chuckled again, practically sitting on his back with his knees crossed. Mercutio didn't stand a chance.

Kaylene saw Denji sitting on Mercutio who was frantically trying to get up. SHe shook her head. It looked a little funny plus it was taking her mind off Fai. She skated over to then, gracefully gliding across the frozen floor in her silk slippers. She put her hers out and tackled Denji. She ent toppling over him in a blur of white silk and blonde hair. One they stopped sliding, she laughed. "There! I came to your rescue! But I have to ask... What were you two arguing about?"
Fai stopped by the ice cavern once again, just to get a glimpse of the lady he adored. He peeked out from around the corner to see her glide across the ice. She is like an ice angel... Ah I shall make her mine... It is destined! In any case.. It looks as though her friends intend to go to this water temple... so I can 'protect' the water temple by following the ones who wish to enter it. He grinned as he watched the group silently.

Mercutio glared at Denji. "You do nothing but put me into awkward situations. You're two immature to be the hero!" He hissed, making Denji chuckle again. It was contagious, and Mercutio started laughing himself. He stole at Askari, who had a small smile on her face.
"Pfft, I grew physically, not mentally." Denji shook his head with a grin. "So if everyone is done here, we have bottles to take back to the Zora's Domain and a temple we have to go through." He shouted, unable to keep a serious face for a serious sentence.

Kaylene smiled. "Denji's right. Come on Mercutio!" She helped him up and and smiled. She pulled him in the direction Denji and Askari started walking.
Fai watched jealously as Kaylene almost put her arms around Mercutio. If he hadn't agreed to help Ganondorf, he would simply steal her away.

"Alright, alright, alright!" Mercutio jogged lightly behind her, but the fact that he didn't have to do anything that involved running until now didn't help. He wasn't slow, but he wouldn't be able to go far.
"Just transform Mercutio, you won't be as tired." Askari slowed down until she was side by side with the struggling neko.

Kaylene shook her head. It ws prabably best for him. "If you transform, I can carry you and keep you warm, too."
Fai appeared behind the group pusing to the back. As soon as one of them would turn, He would disappeare.

Askari gave him a confiedent smile, then ran back ahead for Denji. "Slow down there, Denji. I know you're excited, but you have to wait for Kaylene and Mercutio."
"Are you warm enough now, Kaylene?" Mercutio asked. He didn't want to transform if she was cold, other she would be the one to have to transform.

Kaylene gave him a sweet smile. I am quite fine.. I appreciate you concern, though. You forget that I can controll ice and water... I am used to the cold. It is just when I am wet and out of the water that I am frozen." She pulled hi foward. "So what do you want to do?"
Fai smiled. A cat wasa much easier to kill than a human. He watched from the shadows. He was a tad jealous that it wasn't him she was talking to.

Mercutio transformed, falling into her arms. Suddenly, he was bigging to feel a little light headed. He shivered slightly, his fur was too short for this kind of cold. He meowed quietly.

Kaylene sighed."here. you'll be warmer right here..." The girl lifted him up and placed him right beneath her bust. She adjust her hair with her other arm to fall over him to keep the cold away. She wrapped her other arm around him to keep him warm after she was done messing with her hair. "Better?" She asked following Dejni and Askari to the entrance of the cave.
Fai watched silently. Perhaps this was his chance...He waited till Denji and Askari left the cave and began hopping across the ice. He then used his magic to form a huge ice block at the entrance of the cave. He appeared in front of it waiting patiently for Kaylene and the cat to reach him.

((It was dead, and I didn't want to bring it back. Thanks Axel! =)
We continued this through mail. They reached Zora's Domain and unfroze the King (Denji was severly injured about this point which shouldn't be a surprise) but Lisaya's new character, Fai, got in the way. They escaped and came back to Kakariko (not going to water temple though) where Askari and Kaylene are getting a fairy for Denji. He's always injured. o.o))
