nooo they are not... especially when combined with an upper respiratory infection that triggers wild coughing fits every time i draw a tiny not-even-half-breath, which then doesn't allow me to breathe, and forces me to expel all my air and make my body think I'm choking, thusly forcing me to breathe which starts the whole cycle over again
*slowly deteriorates*
