There is no reply to that missive, but then he didn't expect one. Instead he goes back to the temple to show Tam Lyssan's message.

*Kero does indeed show it to Tam*
So...am I free?

Tam sighs and nods. "Yes, you are free from your grounding. I gave you my word that iffin she accepted your apology you were done with it. But tell me, Kero, what have you learned from this?"

Tam narrows his gaze and stares at Kero. "So you've learned nothing, have ye?"

Unfortunately, he's not really dealing with Tam at his best. There is still a good deal of Ai running through his veins right now. But he is also so drained emotionally, he doesn't rise to the baiting. Instead he simply shakes his head and sighs. "Kind of a waste of time iffin ye ask me." he grumbles testily.

*Kero thinks...then gives what he really learned*
I should wait until I know the basics to practice and study any form of magic.

Tam smiles at him. "That is a lot better... it is the safer road to take... much safer.... no matter the school... and what about the matter of threatening others and trying to throw yer weight around?"

Tam nods. "Kero, in all my life I've only seen bullying done with a positive end in mind that worked the way the user wanted it to and didn't backfire maybe twice... and even then, I and my friends could see better ways to approach the end result. And maybe if you picture your idea or wishes as a cart, it might help... You have a road that goes from point A to point B, but it has some serious navigation problems. Pushing might get you through one or two, true... but pulling will help you arrive at point B far easier and with less damage. Understand?"
Kero looks at him and smiles crookedly. "Having someone run ahead of ye and dig out the rocks will help too." he quips.
Tam laughs and bops him on the head gently with a rosy p ink paw. "Yes... I suppose it would, but sometimes our friends have agendas of their own and aren't always with us. I'll try to be with you.... I did hear you calling... in the cave... But I just couldn't answer.... I wanted to... but..." he hangs his head and sighs. "I broke my promise to you... I'm sorry. I've always said that if you call, I'd be there. But instead of getting closer to ye, ye kept slipping further and further away..."

Tam smiles at him. "Might be the best thing we've ever done... " he says with a sigh. He looks up at Tes and nods. "You are looking well, m'lady. It is good to see you at his side. He's needed you something terrible, I'm afraid... Will you be staying long?"

*She shakes her head, hugging Kero close*
Just long enough for Keroby here to get his head on straight again....he had three problems, I'm afraid....his shoes were too tight...his head wasn't screwed on just right...and then came the biggest problem of all...
**Can ye guess it?**
