I agree your eye make-up is a bit too much also.
It makes your eyes really...shapeless? :0 Maybe try blending different eyeshadow shades and not going along the bottom of the eyes too far...
Experiment and try with shimmer and lighter powder in the corners :3

Tsuki, I liked your makeup overall, though I'm not going to deny my first thought was "Lady Gaga?"
I think you could have gotten away with wearing that much eyeshadow and the lace pasted to your face, if you had gone for a lighter shade of blue. Something more like the dress.

Lol, i realy enjoy this look personally. This was an outfit test for my Jareth's masqarade ball themed concert. Thus the mask on my head and the mask themed makeup.
The blue eye shadow was inspired by David Bowie's Life on Mars? music video. I realy love the look of the high blue eye shadow with no eyebrows.

In that case, this is how you're going to have to do it:
Wet your eyeshadow, and create the hard line with an angle brush. You're going to need a good pigment but what you've used looks like dollar store makeup. Bowie has white shadow at the inner corners of his eyes, and the blue doesn't extend under the lid as much as yours. Yours looks like an asphyxiated raccoon, Bowie looks like lined. You're going to need to use a liquid liner on the top and bottom but if you don't do it really thin on bottom you'll get more raccoon eyes. For something as spectacular as Jareth's masquerade you should probably wear some false eyelashes too. I went last year and it was awesome. Have fun.

I can see the inspiration, and I can see you had fun with it. It just needs more polish to it. That's what outfit tests are for, after all-- to check such things, and try again to make them better.

 my face was kinda awful, but it was my only non blurry pic. no make-up and my hair is unruly...i swear cameras want to make me ugly )=<  my first attempt at sweet. i still needa grab some shoes/socks and extra whatnots..like i wish my black bow was pink D= my hair is too dark for it

The only thing I can suggest Suicidal is use a different blouse, the one you have one is too light and I can see your bra >.>

I find that's really a problem with alot of white blouses, they're just not opaque. I like camisoles for that. The ones in Walmart are nice, they're knit so they're just about the only white shirts you can't see through and they've got built in support.

the blouse is sheer, but does work when im wearing all white underneath. by my white undergarments (bra, cami) were in the wash at the time. i got the skirt in the mail and was over excited lol
