Arron looked around as entered the building. He had seen & had been in abandoned buildings. He was more worried about Talbot & if they were followed than to enjoy the eerie quiet.

The building was strangely well put together inside, as if it had been semi-maintained. Inside sat Talbot's mother, who quickly rushed over and helped her husband lead their son to a bed in the corner. Talbot remained unconscious, though he appeared to still be breathing. "Arron, please make sure that the windows and door are securely closed. Atticus will keep watch outside for now incase we were followed." Mr. Nesdin explained as he got to work tending to his son's injuries.

The young man quickly got on the task given to him. If it was not shut, it was going to be whether Arron had to make a new shutter or door to keep it closed.

((I've been using Mrs. Nesdin's colour for Mr. Nesdin accidentally.)) "Thank you for bringing our son to us, Arron. We're in your debt." Mrs. Nesdin said as she approached Arron and offered him a blanket. She sat down nearby, away from her husband and son to give the man some space to work. "I heard it was quite a battle."

(That's alright XD)
Arron thanked Mrs. Nesdin for the blanket. He sat down with it draping over his shoulders. Fatigue had set in as he leaned against the wall. "He... d-deserves to-to be with h-his family... I-I actually... d-don't remember most of th-the battle..." he admitted.

"No, I meant the battle to defeat his captor. My husband witnessed it only in spurts, but he was able to make out most of what was happening. You fought bravely." she said, her expression serious.

"Oh-Oh..." he mumbled, blushing slightly, "Th-Thank you... I-I just... d-did what I-I could..." Arron began taking off the armor, letting it clang softly on the floor. It did not fit him very well either. Once the armor was off, he looked worriedly at Talbot & his father.
"...I-I'm sorry for all of th-this..." he said quietly, "If-if I-I hadn't h-had sn-snapped..."

Mrs. Nesdin shook her head. "You helped to save our son from a life of torture and servitude. I only wish I could've been there to help end that woman with my own two hands. What happened in the battlefield seemed to be out of your control." she responded before digging in the bag that she had at her side. When she found what she was looking for, she offered it to Arron. It was a canteen of water, and she unscrewed the lid before handing it to him. "Drink. You look dehydrated."

Once again, Arron thanked Talbot's mother for her offer, taking the canteen & drinking deeply into it. He blinked as fatigue continued to set into his body. The mechanic was exhausted, but knew he could not rest until his friend was better.

"Try to get some sleep. There's a room with a bed down that way." she pointed, making sure to be in Arron's line of sight before doing so. "We'll be able to protect Talbot from here. You've done enough." Mrs. Nesdin added with a small, motherly smile. She was a powerful knight, yes, but she was also a caring mother, looking out for her child and his friends.

"Th-Thank you..." he mumbled slowly standing, "I-I wish I-I could help more... Pl-Please wake me if-if something ch-changes..." He walked to find the bed. Once there, Arron would promptly crawl into it & sleep.

"I'll be sure to." Mrs. Nesdin responded. The night came, and quiet fell on the abandoned town. Mr. Nesdin worked tirelessly until he had done all he was able to, and be let his wife take over watch duty.

The Lythcol mechanic would sleep until morning unless he was awoken. His body was very fatigued.

The morning came, free of incidents. Mr. and Mrs. Nesdin has taken shifts watching over the two of them through-out the night, and nothing happened that they felt they needed to wake Arron over. Instead, Mr. Nesdin went about preparing a meal for them, and the smell of the food wafted through the rickety structure they found shelter in.

The smell of food roused Arron from his slumber. He was still very tired, but his stomach growled as he followed his nose. The mother & father would be greeted with a sleepy mechanic with a hilarious case of bedhead. He mumbled a small greeting to them as he tried to wake himself up.
