Tsuki: I'm sorry. I don't know what you were going for with this, but it doesn't look good by any stretch.
The makeup could have been good. I just don't know what you were trying to go for.
The hair accessories all look good though.
I kind of agree with this. I think the makeup could have been a lot better with more glitter/glam to it and a few more adjustments to the color pallet. The blue around the eyes especially looks unflattering-- it goes too far below the eye, so it makes you look tired or like you've been punched. The shade of blue makes you look a little sick? Part of that seems like lighting, but as a whole, blue makeup on particular types of fair skin tends to bring out a sick look.
I'd recommend trying it again with almost no blue under the eye, save maybe a bright blue glittery liner. I also wouldn't bring the color so far to the inside of your nose. Start more from the inside corner of the eye and focus more on winging it outward toward your temples. It would be more flattering toward your face shape, bring you up to a different level of glam, and take away from the whole "someone gave me a black eye" thing.
I also would have opted for a less red/coral shade and gone for something with more purple for the lipstick (or more muted/neutral toned in general), and possibly used lip liner to bring in the corners of your lower lip. Especially with the bold color, it really brings out a pouty lower lip, when I think something a little more heart shaped would have looked better for that type of makeup and aesthetic.
While the red lipstick seems to be a staple in a lot of your pictures, such a bold color clashes a lot when you try to play up other parts of your makeup with excess color: In this case, your eyes.
