Zeradune quickly followed after Lenora and looked around. His bloodlust was becoming overwhelming. he had to kill something, anything. He spotted a cat and brought his staff down to grab it. Once the staff hit, he quickly brought it up and grabbed the cat before it bounced off. Zeradune reached inside his coat and grabbed a knife before he slit the cat's throat and threw it back on the ground. That would satisfy him for a few more hours.

Lenora halted her horse, turning to Zeradune. "Did you just kill a cat in the middle of the desert?" She was all for killing... But a cat? In the middle of a desert? All the while on a horse to a castle. "You need to get your focus back onto our task, here, which is getting back to the castle."

"Do not worry, the light from the sun is only one of the features that harms my body. It is also only a slight sting, not noteworthy. I will remove my helmet now."
The bottom part of Michael's helmet retracted, and he lifted it off his head. The damage at his eye had already visibly grown worse, but only slightly. The other areas on his face seemed unaffected, leaving his other features mostly normal, though it appeared that even the short time he had his helmet off caused a slight colour to his features that seemed more like an angel's.
"I am ready. Commence, please."

((They were in the desert? Ah well...))

Zeradune nodded. "Yes, sorry about that. But if my crave for blood is not satisfied, I tend to go crazy." His voice was completely calm now. It wasn't entirely his fault that he needed blood. It was just part of his nature.

((Sorry, my posts aren't going to be long today. I'm a bit sick...))

Dark noticed Tenebre grab at him and quickly moved his conscious to one of the clones letting Tenebre grab the "real" one. The actual Dark Link was now in what was the Purple Link. "Let go of me!" Said the "real" one and slammed his shield into Tenebre hoping to knock him off of him. The "clones" all disappeared in a portal leaving behind the one Tenebre was holding. Once the 3 "clones" disappeared through the portal they combined back into one in the middle of East Termina Field.

((Dark Link is kind of going to be split for a while... the clones are part of him, so one is still going to have to take the torture.))

[@Sheikah Ninja: Yes they were in a desert, and he was riding a horse if he was following Lenora.]
[@Saint_And_Sinners: How did Dark get the four sword again? I forget...]

A nurse brought over two red potions and set them on the small table by Michael's cot, while another one worked on his eye. "Lean back, please." She asked as another nurse brought a solution to clean out the infection. The nurse poured a little bit on a small cloth and began dabbing it on his eye. She simply couldn't pour the liquid on his eye, that'd do more damage than good. "This'll sting a little bit, sorry."

"So you're a killer?" Lenora asked, their horses still stopped. She wasn't going to tell him she was an assassin, at least not yet. A small red flag went up in her head: What if he tries going for her?
... Simple. She'd snap his neck and be off. She knew how to handle this guy. She'd be able to escape should he try attacking.

Zeradune stopped beside Lenora and nodded. "I have had bloodlust from when I was a child." He didn't really care about who knew his past. He just wanted blood one way or another. Although, he had trained himself to go after any animals first, before focusing on humans. "You don't have to be defensive around me, I have learned to control my bloodlust. I try to go for only animals." He wasn't able to read her mind, but it was common sense to know that people would be wary around him.

"I can tell." She stated flatly, looking Zeradune up and down, noticing the small bit of blood on his hands from killing the cat. "So you do not know how to kill a human?" This surprised her. Him? Animals? She expected him to drive a stake through the heart of the nearest villager.

Zeradune raised an eyebrow at Lenora. "I never said I don't know how to kill humans. I have slaughtered many. I simply stated that I have learned to control myself." He felt a little bit of anger that she assumed he didn't know how to kill humans. He had done it all the time when he was a child.

Michael winced as the solutions and contact made his eye sting more.
"It is not infected, simply the flesh is deteriorating."
He tried not to point out that it was highly unlikely the red potions would do any good to him. They were working hard enough as it was.

Tenebre dragged 'Dark Link' to the dungeon, tosiing him uncharacteristically into the cell.
"Little shadow, I have but one thing to ask. Why did you turn from the great power of darkness to teh weakness called light?"
Tenebre was in the doorway, holding it open so he could speak/.

"The flesh is deteriorating?" The nurse stepped back and folded her arms, looking at him with concern. "What do you mean?"

"Alright then." Lenora said simply. "I believe you." She pulled the reins on her horse once more and sped off to the castle again.

Michael had to restrain himself from using all the proper terminology that would leave these nurses with their brains on the ceiling. Instead he said,
"As in, its almost like its rotting away, the atoms drifting away to neutralize themselves with other atoms. But there may be an infection from the unwashed sword the being who gave me the mark. I guess that means you can continue."

Zeradune nodded and quickly sped off after her. Soon, they reached Ganondorf's castle and stopped. "I will be staying here after our report. I wish to slay more." He jumped off his horse and took a few steps toward the castle.

[I'm sorry I had to say this lmao: Kusugari, that "brains on the ceiling" line is awesome, ahaha.]

The nurses blinked a few times, then continued with tending to him. Of course they had no idea what he meant by atoms "neutralizing themselves with other atoms." But they were supposed to be the professionals here, showing confusion while helping someone might be discomforting for the patient and his friend.
Mona stood by the cot Michael was on. She felt like she shouldn't leave his side. Plus, there was nothing better to do. So she studied Michael's face more. She felt like this would be one of the only opportunities to do so again.

"I'm staying here as well, actually." Lenora hopped off her own horse, tying the reins to a post on the side of the castle. She made her way towards the front, disregarding Zeradune's presence. What was on her mind made her disregard pretty much everything around her. She was one step closer to getting to her sister, that was all that mattered.
The sun began to peek through the clouds on the horizon. Lenora could tell the day was going to be overcast and cloudy, which didn't surprise her. It was springtime; the weather was rather unpredictable.

Zeradune nodded again and followed Lenora inside. "You seem somewhat distracted." He was already used to her ignoring him, but she was ignoring everything now. Her mind was focused on something important. But it didn't mean anything to Zeradune. He was just stating what he noticed.
