Impa bent down to touch his cheeks. Mercutio's body seem to jolt a little. "The best I do is to hold it back and keep it from getting worse while you two find the liquid." She muttered. Mercutio was silent, his eyes wide like he been electrocuted.

Kaylene stopped a moment. "You will need Ice... here..." Suddenly a huge block of ice appeared next to impa. "It won't melt... Don't worry.." She then looked at Mercutio... I think our best bet is probably going to be looking around Escalus's place.. or Ganon.. what ever his name was..."

"Right...." Denji muttered as he took her wrist and began to take her to the exit. his ears twitch and he darted off to the graveyard. "I smell Escalus..."

Kaylene nodded. "Whatever I can do to help..." She followed silently after that... She assumed Escalus would be angered by her escape.

Escalus laughed when he saw the two enter the graveyard. He tossed a knife at Denni's heart, but Denji ducked. It dug into his shoulder but he hardly acknowledged the pain. "Hm, what would you guys do for your cat's precious life?" Escalus asked, pulling out a small bottle filled with a black liquid. He let both of them see it before he placed it in a pocked inside his cloak.

Kaylene stepped forward, unafraid. "Name your price! Mercutio is my... friend! I would do anything to help him!" Her skirts flapped behind her in the wind. It looked as if it was going to rain.... again...

"There are a few options... I want Denji's head and hm... what will you offer...?" He asked, twirling another knife in his hand, ready to tossed at Denji. Denji was already becoming pale in the face from the blood he was loosing.

Kaylene shook her head. "Take whatever you want... My magic... I don't have much to offer... all I have is all you see! Just please! Don't hurt my friends! I can teach you how to heal... I am a good healer... lemme show you!" She felt the tears welling in her eyes. Kaylene put her hand on Denji's shoulder and healed it slowly, knitting all of his tissue and muscle back together. She opened her eyes. "I know a lot more to!" It began to drizzle lightly, making her long blonde hair plaster to her face and making her dress soggy.

Denji bit his lips. Escalus didn't appear to be very interest. "You can scar my face, chest... back... kill me... whatever you would like." Denji shouted suddenly. Escalus lit up.
Escalus grabbed Denji sliced a large cut from one cheek, across his nose and onto the other cheek before he cut his face up even more. He then proceed to stab through his delicate ears and sliced his tail up a little more. Escalus threw Denji to the ground, paler than ever. "If you or anyone else heals him, your cat will be cursed again. I want to see these scars next time we meet." He muttered, taking out the bottle and tossed it the ground before he warp away. The bottle was tough enough to not have been damaged at all.

Kaylene gasped. "Denji! Oh my God!" She tried to pick him up but he was too heavy. "Help! HELP! Denji is going to DIE!" She shook her head crying. "No.. no.. no.... it's all my fault.. I could have did something.. please.. Denji what should I do!" When the rain hit Denji's woulds, Kaylene froze the water so it stop the bleeding.

"Kaylene, it's alright... most of them are only large enough to make a scar... He said he wanted to see me again so..." Denji reached out and grabbed the bottle. "Freeze it."

Kaylene took the bottle, she could feel the power coming it. "Denji stand back... this is going to be a very powerful spell..." She closed her eye and concentrated. She placed the bottle in front of her then shoved her hands out. Silvery blue tendrils swirled around the bottle. The wind picked up and the air got very cold. "Freeze!" the black liquid began to frost. The girl's dress flapped behind her as the rain turned to hail. Finally the bottle shattered leaving a black crystal. Kaylene dropped her hands and sighed. She placed one finger on the crystal and it crumbled to dust that flew away in the wind.

Mercutio's eyes rolled back before he transformed. He was unconscious, tired no doubt. Impa felt his forehead. His temperature was returning to normal and she felt the darkness leave him. She scooped the cat up and walked to the graveyard.

Kaylene turned and looked at Denji. "Are you sure you are alright? Well... at least Mercutio will be fine..." She wiped away the beads of sweat that formed on her forehead and sighed. She pulled a piece of material from her dress and began cleaning some of the blood that ran down his arm. "Do you think... that Mercutio likes being around me? I mean.. uh-" She stammered blushing a bit. "I always cause so much trouble... "

"Kaylene, you just saved his life. What kind of trouble would you be? Anyway... he ran off to go save you. I had to knock him unconscious but he ran when he woke up. He's crazy about you." Denji answered, sitting up.
