Icy Reef spends much of her time speaking with underwater plants rather then other ponies but she had met a strange mer who was strange like she was then she met another hybrid who was part suli like her but had no flower. He seems distant and her open and friendly demeanor makes her want to check on him and help him even though he is also part dragon and tends to avoid the water. She joined a group lead by an alicorn in hopes of getting close to him but has not been successful.
