I guess the bes' way ta say it is the moon goes sendin' down its power through moonbeams. Whatever it touches gets the power, and keeps it till they use it, kinda like fillin' up a fuel tank.
When it's used, the empty beams float roun' with any leftover power that got discarded with it.
I collect that an' take it back to the moon to refill an' be sent down again.

I guess the bes' way ta say it is the moon goes sendin' down its power through moonbeams. Whatever it touches gets the power, and keeps it till they use it, kinda like fillin' up a fuel tank.

Seems like werewolves're effected differently dependin' on things.
If I 'ad ta guess, it prolly has ta do with too much moon power effectin' ya though, seein' as it usually only happens ona full moon.
