i think what i like about them is that there are lots of customization possibilities seaweed  feathers  leaves  beads  blossoms/ or any sort of flowers. maybe for events the babies of the events could have an event themed accessory for their orb stage as an option? could be fun to play with

I like the seaweed for the aquatics and maybe use a birds-nest for the feathers (so the feathered breeds like pegasus, harpies, hippogryphs, or gryphons.)

Reiterating the same things over, but I love the idea of using accessories to denote the type of baby inside. It's a really cute idea.

the_scowling_cat I have a set of dragon lines I commissioned from Lucifer Force a few years ago for a shop that I've tried (and failed multiple times) to keep running. They're very much on the simple side but the templates could be redone and such.  They do have wings that can be toggled on an off and an elder stage with double wings. While I'd love to use 'em for my shop, I'd rather they saw use than just collecting dust on my harddrive. Dat said, I think we should try to be equine without the Native American parts? I would rather not Sirenz throw a fit and call us stealing her shop. -pops in and slowly backreads- You know what? I can totally see theese as being a growing familiar or minipet for SOS x3. Also, I am glad it wont be Native American. I never really got into all that stuff.... Never even really had a NA persona >3>;;. As long as I can make my 'home' near a lake or something, I will be right as rain 4laugh -continues to backread-

CitrusCupcake Equines please <3 And as Swirly stated, it's not like Sirenz owns the concept & no one can ever make a horse based breedable period. I think maybe an overarching fantasy theme, could we have something sort of a myth basis with maybe different 'planes' that species come from & a sort of common ground where they all congregate? If this were true, it would make for a good meta<3. Like, have aquatics and dragons and ponies on different planes. Not sure how that would work with trying to rp them together, but for a meta you could have one plane *like the dragons* try to take over another plane nwn. Oh, like Citrus said, have a common ground and then the specific planes can be saved for the 'purists' who believe in not interacting with other species x3? So another plane trying to take over would really get their goat lol.

Here's an idea. Why not have the shop associated with Pandora? I like to think of her as the goddess of chaos... and hope.
Also, if there are batwinged breeds, maybe y'all could call them thestrals?

If this went the god/goddess route. Why not do one who delivers the orbs/totems what ever to sleeping parents? It could very well be like the wishing star type events we had in soq. They go to a 'holy sacred' area and ask for a blessing..then wait. Just a thought c:

Just a thought c: ROCKER!!! -clings to- -tapschin- If this were true, then when we did actual 'wishing star' events, maybe we say that the god/dess is doing it during a month when they are low on power x3. That they can provide more families with children, but they only have enough magic to make one or two instead of how many an actual breeding produces<3. And maybe in the universe this shop is in, depending on what god you believe in, gets you different things? .....Which totally just flashed D&D days back to my mind rofl . Or different personalities worshiped different gods/different breeds had different gods?
