Ana woke up early the next morning and when she sat up and stretched her arms, she was confused as to where she was before remembering last night's events. The demon's face and shriek never failed to make her shudder with pure fear. Then she gently picked the fox from her lap and placed the sleeping bundle of fur on the couch when she left it to find her mentor sitting in the kitchen, reading the morning paper and smoking. "Smoking is excruciatingly unhealthy, Sir."
"As is messing in human affairs and getting entangled with spirit creatures." Soloman said as he spat the cigarette into an ash tray sitting beside him on the table. Then he set the paper down and stared up at her intently, almost in an intimidating manner, "So, is there something oyu're going to ask me?"
Ana nodded and managed to speak what she wanted to instead of crumbling under his intensive glare that had never failed to freak her out as if she'd done something wrong. "I would like permission to live with and protect the boy."
"Premission granted, so long as you aren't too attached to him before the Boss reassigns you to another country or city." Soloman said in a slow and steady tone of voice, knowing full well that the Boss had a tendancy to move people around if they were getting too cozy in one place.
"I promise that I will not become emotionally or physically attached to the boy, Sir." She said in an equally finalized tone before she walked to the counter and poured herself a glass of black coffee. "Is he going to be able to use that leg?"
"Have you such little faith in me?" He asked with a grunt before shrugging, "It's up to him if he can use it. It was virutally beyond repair last night, so I did my best. You'll probably have to help him for a little while until his leg strengthens again."╔════════════════════════════════

Ana heard the fox and set the down the cup of coffee to run to its aid. She put his arm over her shoulders and lifted him as she had the night before, but this time she was more careful about his leg as she took him out to the car. She climbed in after she'd gotten him settled, made sure that the fox was in the backseat, and began to drive towards his home. She was sure that Soloman would make sure that her foster paernts would understand her sudden disappearance if they even noticed it.╔════════════════════════════════

Ana quickly dashed around to his side of the car the moment that she'd pulled into his driveway. She yanked the fox from his leg and placed her on the ground outside of the car, "You might mess up his leg!" She hissed as she did her best to get him out of the car without screwing up the wonderful job that her mentor had done upon his leg. She then brought him into the house and laid him on the couch and sighed with relief. He'd been lucky to get out of a fight with a demon with a messed up leg. Her own head was pounding and she knew that she was covered from head to toe in the blood of the demon and her own. She wouldn't clean up, though, until she knew that he was alright. She then walked into the kitchen and began to prepare a special dish in which her mother would once make when she was little and had had a bad day.╔════════════════════════════════

Ana looked at the fox before continuing to make the special pasta. "I guess... wait, when you were a child? I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but you're of the canine species. The most that you've probably ever worn was a hot pink granny-knitted sweater." She said in a sarcastic tone of voice.╔════════════════════════════════

She poured it and drank it "So will you take me up on my offer?" he asked downing the sake. She looked at her "Oh, I seem to gave forgotten." she said and snapped her finger cloths materializing on her. Ana blinked a couple of times in surprise when the fox shifted into the form of a girl... and a nearly naked on at that. She turned around until the fox had finally clothed herself and she turned when she knew that the girl was decent. Raising a brow, she said, "I believe you, but... please tell me that you have clothes that actually cover my body..." SHe said, not wanting to wear something that would accentuate the fact that she had little curves and would make her feel as awkward as hell.╔════════════════════════════════

Ana rolled her eyes, seeing now what the fox had met. Leave it to the spirit fox to never leave her size alone. It's not the size that matters, it's what you do with it that counts... She grumbled within her head as she went intot he bathroom upstairs before slipping into the shower to scrub all of the blood from her body. When she was done, she wondered whether the fox had found the clothes or if she was going to have to steala shirt and pair of pants from Nobuyuki, and that would be really embarassing, especially when she had to ask whether or not she could live with him and expalin why she was wearing his clothes. Please let her not dally....╔════════════════════════════════

Ana simply rolled her eyes and stepped out and changed into the set of clothes that the fox had given her. "Well, no matter... I won't let you piss me off...." She said with a couple of deep breaths to calm her angered spirit down. She then looked at herself in the mirror and sighed. They were still unmodest, just like the little fox, but at least they covered up more skin than not. She then stepped out from the bathroom and walked down the steps, braiding her hair at the same time. When she reached the living room, she peeked in to see whether Nobuyuki had woken up yet or if he still slumbered.╔════════════════════════════════
