{<3}Shi looked around. He found an open clearing, wit some trees surrounding the area.
"I'm setting up camp. You're welcome to stay." He stated, as he started to collect a few hollow logs, some dead tree bark and twigs for a fire.

"Okay." Laela knew that this was a good thing. She had never really felt good by herself in the dark. It made her paranoid. She walked over to the nearest large tree, laying her knife's blade against the trunk. It sliced right through without a problem. She began slicing a large block of the tree off.
"Ouch." She pulled her blade down too soon. Her finger was now bleeding. She pulled the block of wood off and handed it to Shi. "That should work for fire wood. It'll last for a long time. She then sat down and put her knife down.

{<3}"Do we need to amputate?" He said while setting up the firewood, show ing the first sign of humour.
"Alright, done. How's your finger?" Shi only asked to distract the girl from his fingers lighting up, setting the wood on fire. Shizuri had pulled some packaged product frome his bag, and opened it. Candy Stripers, from Port De Gambino.
He pulled two small objects from his pocket, and threw them at the ground. The expanded in mid and, becoming two long poles, to cook the fish on.
"Hungry?" He asked in a one word sentance.

"Yes. I'm hungry." Laela put her injured hand on her lap, and looked at the sliced finger. "It's fine." She tried to cover her hand up with her dirty pants, then looked away into the dark trees.

{<3}"Here.." Shi said, opening his bag and pulling out a new pair of blue jeans and a slightly rumpled forest green tunic.
"You'll feel a lot better wearing those, at least they're clean" He gestured a pointing motion towards her current, grubby clothing. He handed the girl one of the poles with a fish on it.
"Go ahead. Eat it."

Leala smiled, and placed the clothing on her lap, then took the fish. "Thank you." She ate it quickly then stood up and walked behind a tree, taking the clean clothing with her.
She walked out a moment later, hold all of her belongings, that had been in her own clothes, in her arms, along with her dirty clothing. "They're a little big." She said uncomfortably.

{<3}"I'm sure they're fine for tonight. Tomorrow once we get into town we can buy you some new clothing. And sleep somewhere decent." He had a feeling this girl would be a nice person to have tag along.
Shizuri sighed.
"Alright. I'm done eating. Are you ready to go to bed?" He asked calmly, as he got out a olive green sleeping bad that looked quite warm.
"I have another if need be."

"Yeah, I guess your right." Laela sighed and set her things down on a log. "I guess I could use one." She said silently. She sat down by the fire and closed her eyes, taking in the heat. The little fox/cat thingwalked over to her and plopped down in her lap.

"Huh?" Laela looked at him. Then saw where his eyes were. She looked down and saw the fox/cat. "Oh! Isn't he just the cutest thing?" She smiled at Shi. " I still haven't named him....or is it a her.." Grinning, she began stroking the animal.

{<3}"Jesus Christ.." Shi mumbled, as he passed over the olive green sleeping bag, and got out a hole-y, patched in serveral places one for himself, that didn't look as warm as the nice green one. He lay it by the fire, and faced the girl.

Laela took the sleeping bag, and layed it out on the ground. She sat down on it, and pulled her things over to her.
"I think I'll name him Colt." The animal walked over and sat down beside her. She pulled a gun out of the pile of her belongings. and made sure that it was loaded. She roled up her dirty shirt and placed it under the end of her sleeping bag for a makeshift pillow and laid down, gun in hand.

Laire froze at Kaige's accusation (and smoking gunpoint) and frowned. "Follow...?" She shook her head. "You're mistaken. The Organization no longer recognizes my code. I've been 'let go of,' as it were. You and the girl are no longer any of my concern."
Laire straightened, looking away from her fellow abandoned operative. "I have no interest in killing either of you."

{<3}Shi lay awake, early, he knew, for the sun hadn't risen completely. He looked at the fading red in the dim of the ashes. Then he look beside him. A helpless girl, gun in hand, sleeping soundly.
Shizuri sighed.
He got up, went to the lake for a bath, and came back in new clothing.
