Upon hearing Che's voice, Kate gave a curt and brief sigh to herself before bothering to answer him. "Heartless? Hardly... Their plight has nothing to do with me whether I choose to help them or not. Besides, it is none of my concern whether they live or die. All their spirits live on in the Eternity Realm regardless. If it is their time to die as allotted in the book of Fate, then who am I to interfere?" The Eternity Owl stated simply, her eyes blinking slowly and almost lazily as she watched what was going on around her. Kate shrugged lightly, not even bothering to even glance in Che's direction. After a pause, Kate decided to bite and ask Che what he wanted to ask her. "Did you enjoy your time alone with your, 'father figure'?" Kate said that last remark as a semi-sarcastic way of referring to Will, the Satan Owl. She had met him only briefly a year and a half ago here in Japan, and she neither liked nor disliked the Satan Owl. She was just curious to know what had transpired between Che and Will, that's all.

Cecilia allowed herself to shoot down towards the ground. As she did this, she noticed the blood from the culprit, which ate through the ground confirming their suspicions that this man was the one who was trying to frame Lucien. But to her, the way the blood ate through the ground made it look more like magma than fire, but weren't magma and fire very similar? She lifted her hands up into the air absorbing energy from the stars and planets in the solar system. Images of the stars and planets seemed to absorb into her palms creating a rather large ball of energy. She then directed that energy at the culprit where it flew at him in an ebony, blue, and purple blur. She could not use her chain whip for the culprit most likely could have melted it and then she would be without a weapon.

The minute Cecilia mentioned that she had found the imposter Lucien spun around. Using his super speed power he shot off a shockwave burst from behind him crumbling the concrete under his feet. As A blaze of Roulin's own powerful might shot from his hand it impaled the man's kidney. Lucien didn't need any more convincing. He shot faster forward as he flicked his wrist a few drops of negation flew from his wrist splashing along the ground infront of the man. The negation ate away at the concrete creating pot holes which were ment for him to trip in and break his ankle. Lucien all the while had placed on his special gloves, which housed his razor wire. He slashed his arm sideways as the wire flew from the gloves slashing down things like street lights and stop signs to crush the man. "Those who impersonate the strong are doomed to be crushed by them." He murmered as his left eye pulsed with the Archiech seal, Lucien wasn't giving this imposter a chance to get away, his other eye suddenly slitted and became a highlighter yellow color. He began mouthing words at an alarming rate as he calculated the culprits possible escape routes and how to counter them with his powers.

{{Thanks for dragging her out lol xd }}~~The Snow Owl~~ As quiet as the Snow.... Sakura raised an eyebrow right before the first set of explosions went off. "That might have been uncalled for" she thought knowing that whoever was doing this was tide to the "Lucien" murders. Sakura was still siting folded on the couch when the floor beneth them began to buckle. She was suprised when Roulin helped her out of the building. It could hardly be called a recue considering her status but she was happy to use the noun just the same. When he slipped his arm from her waist she dropped down to the grand landing in a crouch. She looked up in the direction of the now bleeding man. The ground under his feet shifted before a wave of water shot up cutting off his front path. THe water cooled and thicked as Sakura rose to her feet. Being on an island made converting air to water redundant for water could sinply be pulled from the sea beneath them. But as Deadly as the Sea

Kojiro slowed to a stop,"...We are here..." he said calmly. He looked around and noticed some workers leaving the area, however there was no sign of any resistance or threat of retaliations. They had been blind sighted. Kojiro looked at Dwyte,"...We should head in casually...if anyone seems suspicious, we can put them down...but Dwyte...I told Raven I would take out the Power Plant...If you can just neutralize them before resorting to executing them....please...I know I cannot spare everyone...but...I can't bear to see them killed in the crossfire in this chaos..." he murmured quietly. He looked ahead as he analyzed the building,"...looks like there is more than one floor...I will move up and you can take the lower level if its alright...I can take out the communication lines and systems and equipment and then you can do the same" he asked quietly, he was not much of a leader, he simply gave suggestions in accordance with his knowledge, after that they would simply plan accordingly.

"That sounds like the Kate I know and love. Using the philosophy of purpose as an excuse to...you know, I don't want to ruin my chances of acquring a place to sleep. I'll give you the pleasantries tomorrow." Che walked towards the center of the pile and fell backwards. His bushy hair provided a rather comfy pillow against the rubble and Kate's leg. "I did. I needed to speak to someone. Since my only brother is dead, I don't have that many people to talk to. Heh, everyone hates me Kate. Hopefully, you like me enough to give me a place to sleep." The mastering owl kept his eyes against the morning sky, but folded his bottom lip giving him a begging look. "Please? I promise not to break anything. Honest."

The culprit didn't lose his balance when Lucien severed the concrete path beneath him. The streetlamps too were no match for him. When they dropped above him, his body heat allowed him to shave right through them. Of course, this came at the cost of the upper part of his shirt. His dark hood remained intact. Behind him was Cecilia's attack and in front of him was Sakura's own blocking manuever. Easy. The attacker converted his makeup to lava and allowed the ball of energy to rip through him into the waterwall behind him. He followed behind it, giving off a large plume of steam, and exited on the other side to continue his escape.
"Whoa...that's a nice power. To bad that Itachi allowed me to gain something very similar." Roulin began to shoot more beams of light at the escapee. He couldn't see through the wall of water, but he knew that the man couldn't run very fast either. "Crap. He's getting away!" The grizzled detective took to the sky and caught the culprit in his sights again. He turned a corner that was covered meaning that Roulin would have to land. This was easily a situation in which he could be trapped.

Nikolai was about to reply to Anya's comment when all of a sudden she grabbed him by the arm and dragged him out into the street with her. The large piece of rubble just barely missed him, and Nikolai lost his balance, toppling over on top of Anya. Nikolai prevented himself from falling right onto Anya and hurting her by bracing himself against the ground. Of course, he was in a bit of an awkward position, being only a few inches away from Anya. He was there for a few moments, just staring at Anya before he rolled off of her and quickly stood up. He apologized once and said, "Well, um... thanks for saving my a** again... I would have been toothpaste if you didn't pull my a** out of the fire again." Nikolai extended a hand to Anya to help her up, smiling lightly. Nik was completely oblivious to the fact that the hotel near them had just exploded, and that everyone was screaming and running, Nik just wanted to make sure Anya was okay.

Cecilia cursed watching as her blast did not harm him in the least. In fact, the energy seemed to rip through him and shoot through the wall of water. Now she couldn't see him. She had no choice, but to fly higher into the air once again. "Where is he?" she muttered to herself scanning the area before setting her sights on him once again. "s**t!" she cursed when she saw that he had taken a corner that was covered. True, she was fast, but she would have to land for the cover was very thick and she could not fly her way through there. "It looks like he knows all the maneuvers," she said rather impressed. "We can't land there or else we'll be trapped. He has to come out soon enough. We can head him off when he does and trap him then!"

If Che was keeping score, he might as well count that last exchange as a point for Kate. Kate wasn't counting, however, there was no point in keeping track of something she found so inane and stupid. She wasn't really paying full attention to what Che was saying at the moment. That was, until Che suddenly sat down next to her and unceremoniously lay down with his head leaned against her leg. She blinked a little in mild annoyance and looked down at the Mastering Owl, a slight frown on her face and eyes narrowed a bit. "Like you?" she asked with some disdain in her tone, "I nether like nor hate you. The same goes for everyone else in this forsaken realm..." Kate was telling the truth the only real person she hated was her mother, and quite possibly the Russian government that subjected her to testing and other inhumane treatment during her days in their Owl program. Kate looked away from Che and back out into the distant sky. She didn't care what Che did so long as he didn't do anything stupid to her. As long as he kept up his end of the deal that they had, then Kate would be satisfied. "Do as you wish..."

Anya lost her balance completely as Nikolai basically toppled over her and knocked her to the tarmac of the street. This left the two of them in a rather awkward position. After a brief second of embarrassed uncertainty, Anya was grateful that Nikolai decided not to comment on their position and got to his feet again. She declined taking his hand to help herself to her feet, and instead stood herself back up without help. "You should pay attention to the real world around you more often, you idiot! Unless you really do have a death wish." That said, Anya looked back into the sky above them to check for any more falling concrete and pieces of the hotel. Though, the screaming people was cue enough for her to get away from the hotel to start with. She hurriedly crossed the street, not bothering to give any notice to Nikolai. As she did so, a hooded figure ran past her nearly knocking her to the ground again. "Hey! Watch it!" she shouted, giving the hooded figure a glare before starting off after him, leaving Nikolai behind for the moment. She was sure he'd catch up either way anyway. She wanted to give that crazy guy a piece of her mind. He could have at least given her a shout of incoming or something!

As the attacks proved useless against the man Lucien's interest was sparked. "Very interesting." He whispered as the man seemed to gain some sort of advantage. Lucien whipped his arm out as it stretched a great distnce. He gripped ahold of a light pole as his arm retracted shooting him forward. He spun around the pole once and using the momentum was fired off of it, which inturn bent the pole down the middle. He spun around while in the air, the water Sakura had brought up could be used to his advantage. Using his telekinetic powers he turned the water's movements and instead of using it as a wall he used it was a wave to collapse over the man, but this was only the surface reason behind his plan, he had dealt with magma users before, this one appeared to be no different. As the water came crashing down Lucien began creating small spheres of energy at the tips of his fingers, one by one they became black and dripped with negation.

Dwyte/Mail The Separated Owl Mail looked through his surrounding, his irritation was only growing at the sights of only people in his path as he followed Kojiro. Coming to stop he looked at the building. "If you say so, though if we take out their water supply, put them in pure chaos most of them will die anyway from the insanity of the others trying to survive." Mail claimed, though either way he could care less. The people in this building were nothing to Mail, worthless and useless in his personal cause that no one knew not even Dwyte. Deciding to drop it he smiled lazily, "Alright, I'll see if they have any back up generators in the basement. If they do i'll take those out also." Mail said taking the lead going into the building.

"It's good to know that you're ambivalent about me...as well as the entire world Kate." He looked up at her with a large teasing grin before adding to his earlier statement,"I guess you're alright with me because you keep giving me a place to stay every other day. When I get my job back...eh, material things don't float well with you do they?" Although as jokingly as he put it, he was serious about thanking her later on down the road. Kate, whether she knew or cared, entered a different world when she first agreed to house Che. The Heralds were searching for him as well as every other person involved in the Nol Era. Her safety was a bit of a concern. Without her, where else would he sleep?
His grin faded into a more determined look. The stars were vanishing by the minute. Night was fading and a new day of work was on the horizon. Che turned his eyes toward the crescent moon and breathed out tiredly. "Kate." Che began with seriousness in his tone. "Please, tell me about the this realm and the other if you don't mind. I need a good bedtime story."

"It would seem that way wouldn't it Cecilia?" Roulin landed just outside the bend that their attacker had just went into. Behind him, Lucien was directing Sakura's stream of water into the narrow alleyway. There was no need to tell him that people may be just behind that curve. He stood aside and watched the fledgling Owl of Death begin his assault. Before the water got around the curve though, Roulin noted a dark orange light glowing on the other side. That wasn't good. If all of that water hit this man while he was glowing this hot, then the steam given off would produce more than enough steam to hide him for a while. Sakura wasn't fit for this mission especially if the person they were after wanted to do nothing but escape. She was helping him.
The culprit stood at the beginning of the turn or rather, he rolled. He'd become a pile of molten magma and was now growing. It had become apparent that everyone knew that he was just trying to get away. He was sure that their current singleminded chase would lead them to believe that up until he revealed that he wasn't. For now, he'd fight back. He jumped up through the awning that was covering most of the alley way and took a swipe at Lucien and Cecilia. He needed to think. A good fight always helped him think.

Itachi meanwhile had been with amaya clearing rubble off the streets and such since itachi could only do so much with his limited knowledge in repairing things. He just wasnt trained to do those kind of things unfortunatly and needing to know how had never really come up before. His skill set and abilities had always worked wonders before now afterall. He hadnt seen will for awhile though and when he saw will come in from the sky he got annoyed that he may have been off flirting with some girl or more likely GIRLS instead of just the one and decided to go see what the heck he had been doing this whole time if for no other reason then to get away from this problem for a few minuttes. " Hey amaya honey lets go say hi to will now that hes back from doing whatever. Theres not much more we can do here right now anyway and armand doenst really need our help right now either." said Itachi as he got off the bench he had been sitting on which was blue in colour and headed for where he saw Will. He knew Amaya would likely be right behind him without him even looking back.

((sorry it took me so long to post you all, oh and Brandon, you have to tell me what to do with the Night OWLs I really don't know where or how to act on this one.)) Noel looked at Erin and smiled. "Yes I do believe that we are all done here" she said simply. Honestly Noel was tired but she did see the progress that they had made. "Okay Night OWLs gather your things, we will be staying the night in Tokyo" she told them as a jet appeared near them and she walked on board.
Jeannie was indulging in some wine and strawberries when she felt a quake. What in the hell was that? She then heard explosions as she began to panic. She couldn't fly, she couldn't teleport and mental abilities were basically useless in times like this. Soon she found herself outside, it was Lucien's mist, she didn't know that she would even live. She was in a white robe and barefoot. She began to scan the area quickly of who was behind this, it didn't even take her thirty whole seconds to figure out. Once she locked into the culprit's position, she began to push thoughts into his head, the area around him would look the same no matter how much he ran, he would see himself staying in the same position, giving Lucien and the others time to capture him, but only if he tried to run again.
Elle still couldn't believe that Noel could do what she did. She looked at her sister not saying anything as she gathered the rest of her things and began to board the plane. She looked out the window as she seemed to slip into a daze. She had a lot on her mind but for a good reason.
